Staff is very polite and patient for check-in service, Room is clean , but the pillow is uncomfortable while sleeping while night. Location of hotel is nearby fish market and a famous hamburger restaurant just located below hotel. Very convenient while having dinner. Also traffic is convenient , JR and streetcar station is nearby hotel, within 400m

宿の道路を挟んだ前が函館朝市です。道路に面した部屋でも窓が閉じて入れば静かです。建物は古いですが、キレイに管理されています。

５人でトリプルルーム✕2を利用しました。補助ベッドではなく、ちゃんとしたベッドなので大人3人でも問題ないです。バス・トイレは一緒のユニットバスでした。喫煙スペースもロビー階、客室階にあります。駐車場は屋上にあり、550円で1泊利用できます。食事なしプランでも近くに何でもあるので、好きな店に行けます。朝にラッキーピエロを買うなら7:30くらいには並んだほうがいいです。3連休の中日という事もあり、開店の8時には30人くらいの行列ができてました。立地はかなり良いので徒歩圏内に何でもあります。店員さんの対応も良く、コスパ良いのでかなりおすすめです。

朝市が目の前でとても良かったです。近くにラーメン、ジンギスカン、がありラッキーピエロはホテルと同じ建物で充実しています。部屋についていたお風呂は大きく、トイレは別でした。家族で利用したのでとても良かったです。

家族5人で泊まりました。とても広い部屋でリビングと寝室が分かれており、とても快適に過ごせました。またユニットバスではなく独立している広い浴室なので寒い冬でも温まりました。朝市も目の前なのでまた泊まりに来たいと思います。

Loved the location - right across from fish markets which is what we wanted. Nice Firm mattress on which I slept great, small room and step up Japanese Toto bathroom. Would stay again..,spend your money on food as Hakadate has the best seafood I ever had and I live in the ocean!

The place was amazing. The location is absolutely great, takes only 1-2 min walk from Hakodate Station. The hotel is center to iconic places such as Red Brick Warehouse which only takes 10 mins to walk. Many convenience stores nearby. The hotel allows both bag drop before check in and even after check out while you wait for your next train. The rooms smallness matches the picture. However it has all the necessities you need. Overall an absolute must stay for budget families/friends who want to experience Hakodate without ripping their wallets at hotels.

地點極佳，酒店一出對面就是朝市，前往金森倉只需約10分鐘路程，酒店服務員態度親切有禮，訂的是3人戶水，除了廁所真心細外，其他設備都冇問題，有機會再到訪會再次入住

Hotel New Ohte is just a couple of minutes from JR Hakodate station and is very walkable, the morning market is right across the street. It was snowing every day and the location was ideal, the hotel met our needs it's not a fancy place but more then sufficient for us.

- very very very conveniently located near the JR stn - our room was facing the morning market (but it was a little noisy ard 4am onwards, you could hear sounds of trolleys and vehicles doors opening & closing, due to the market preparing for opening) - spacious room - very friendly staff!

ホテル自体は古いですが、中は綺麗に清掃されていて車は自由に出せるし、なんと言っても立地が最高でした。ラッキーピエロ、ハセガワストア、薬局、コンビニ、朝市、駅、飲食店など全部揃っていました。以前湯の川に泊まりましたが、温泉があるのはいいのですが移動が面倒でした。また来ることがあれば、必ずこちらのホテルをとると思います。ありがとうございました！
