I wasn’t expecting much, just a room to rest before my 9.30am flight. Had purchased some items and shipped to the hotel a few days before and they actually placed the parcels neatly within the hotel room prior to my check in. That was really a pleasant surprise! The room itself was huge and v clean. This is one hotel I will go back to if I ever have flights from KIX again!

This hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from Kansai Airport, making it especially convenient after a long flight. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and the front desk was staffed with enough employees that there was no waiting time for check-in. I had also sent a package from Amazon to the hotel in advance, and the staff quickly brought it to my room upon arrival. The room was spacious, and the bathroom amenities were excellent, especially for women. They provided skincare items such as lotion, cream, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, along with shower caps, hair bands, combs, and toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided, and the room included a kettle with several types of tea and coffee. There is also a coin laundry located at the back of the North Wing, which was very convenient. If you need change for the machines, the front desk can assist with exchanging money. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was enjoyable to explore. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which made my stay truly wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

After arriving late at night at Kansai Airport, it was very convenient to be able to just walk a couple minutes outside of Terminal 1 and check in to this hotel--no need for a taxi or shuttle bus. The room was clean and comfortable, a wonderful place to shower, relax, and get some sleep after a long flight. The hotel does offer a breakfast buffet which I did not try, but there are also convenient dining options inside the KIX terminal. Every single one of the staff members I encountered--from front desk to cleaning staff--was exceptionally friendly, polite and welcoming in a very Japanese manner of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for late-night arrivals or early departures from Kansai Airport and would definitely stay here again in the future.

My nth time staying at Nikko Kansai airport whenever I’m in Osaka. Staff are always helpful and the rooms been so far so good. Though it is near the airport but did not hear much noises during each stay.
