Perfect location, near a major shopping mall. If you are not careful to locate it, it is easy to miss the entrance because it is a little cut off from the main road, as others users have noted. The staff held our luggage before we left the city, and spoke English well enough. The space was very small for two people, however, it was cozy and easy on the wallet.

This was hard for me because the receptionist at the front desk was up a fairly long flight of stairs. It was difficult without one of my party transporting my case up because I had a back and knee issue. The room was adequate, but there was only heat, no air conditioning. The opening of the window created noise and a foul cooking odor. Higher than other toilet pods we used, the bathroom pod was high up from the bedroom floor. Again challenging with a stiff knee. Breakfast was a fair price. No marge or butter one morning, but a decent selection of foods kept us going. Coffee was either made with a jug or a machine. The latter was superior, but the wait in line didn't make it worthwhile.

The service was the best part of this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had a high level of hotelier mustdos. For the price (1200 yen, quality, variety, food, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they are immaculate.

The hotels location is excellent. It is situated directly on a shopping street, surrounded by malls. Additionally, it is conveniently located across from the intersection at sendai station. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is tad noisy and the room amenities are dated. However, the conditions of sanitation are satisfactory.

Stay here when you visit Senpai. Love this hotel, right on Clip Road in Senpai. When we got to Senpai station at night, we were easily finding the place. Take the west exists, then try to follow the walking directions on google map offline, found the canopy road I believe it's already Clip Road, went through it, and the hotel is on the right side of that road. Its quite uplifting, since last year I had difficulties finding the hotel in Tokyo. The hotel is clean, moreover a Japanese hotel, and the rooms are small, but they manage to have the rooms well designed. I didn't expect a bathtub, but they have, and it's comfortable. Also, there was no problem packing our luggage. Nothing to complain about.

I suggest it to everyone! The counters customer service personnel were courteous. The hotels location is quite handy. There is a drug store on the left, and you can go downstairs to the shopping street. It is really simple to purchase.

If I return to Senpai, I will definitely go back! This hotel is on an arcade street very near to the train station. It is very well located with many shops and restaurants close by and protected from rain, snow, etc. The rooms are not big but adequate. The staff is very friendly and kind and you can use the laundry for free!
