[Room Cleaning Notice]
Thank you for your continued patronage of Resol Hotels.
This notice is to inform you about our hotel's room cleaning procedures.
Room cleaning will be performed once every four days.
Additional cleaning is available for a fee (1,500 JPY per room).
Other than that, only towel changes, trash collection, and water replenishment will be performed (door handle cleaning).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel!

Children 6 - 12 years old will be charged JPY 3,630 for breakfast per day.
Information about the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax
Accommodation rates do not include the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax.
(The Kyoto City Accommodation Tax is charged separately from the listed rates.)
The Kyoto City Accommodation Tax will be collected at the hotel upon check-in.
Please note that the accommodation tax will be revised from March 1, 2026.

Guests with a tattoo are not permitted to enter large public bathing areas unless the tattoo can be covered with stickers. Guests may get the stickers from our front desk at a price of JPY 200 per sheet (10cm x 14cm).
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
