The hotel room is not large, but it has all the amenities you need. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful when booking taxis and storing luggage. When you wake up in the morning, you can see mount fuji not far from the room window. What a surprise! The breakfast was also delicious, i couldnt stop eating the fried noodles. Transportation around is also very convenient. In short, highly recommended!.4,8/53 Jul 2024

This place offers excellent value for the money. It takes around 5-8 minutes to walk from the station to the outlet. There is a free shuttle bus from and to this location. The town is quite peaceful. The receptionist was very helpful in getting this room. The staff was polite and hardworking. This room was convenient for a one night stay. It was clean but not very big. But typical japanese room hotel. There is an onsen downstairs so you can bathe and relax. A short walk from gotenba station.4,6/522 Jan 2024
