The hotel was warm, comfortable, and convenient for all the ski trails. The hotel's hospitality was unparalleled. Rentals were very simple to arrange from the hotel itself, and the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond to assist and make us feel at home. For instance, helping with reservations for lessons on the slopes and bus connections. The food was delicious and Japanese-style. Excellent start to day skiing soaking in an open air bath was a real treat.

During Christmas, my husband and son stayed here. The staff is English-speaking, they provide friendly service, have big rooms, and provide tasty cuisine. You won't be hungry if they served shabu hotpot or sukiyaki every night. In the hotel ski store, we purchased skis for kids and adults with the biggest size 31 cm boots. It is possible to ski to the ocean. A short walk will take you to the bus stop at a pagan station or the free ski bus. We really liked the outdoors onset! We would love to go back.

We got a great accommodation with great facilities, friendly staff, spotless, clean, and delicious food. Good rates for lift passes and ski equipment hire not your lively apres ski type hotel

The resort provided a nonredundant dinner menu for all four days and the kids loved the food. They also had onsite ski equipment rental and lockers, and you can try your sizes one day in advance to maximize your precious white time. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs and provides really good advice on how to best use the shuttle bus in the Shiva open area. If you want to try out different mountains in Shiva open during your stay, this is the resort you should consider.

Overall it's good. Also from the pagan station to the location, the bus stops right in front of it which is very convenient. In the back of the hotel, there is already skin area which is a plus.
