The location is perfect to visit most Tokyo's main attractions. The staff was extremely kind, warm and helpful, especially manager Yuika and staff member Non who helped me with absolutely everything I needed and went far and beyond to resolve an issue I had with my luggage transfer from a different city to their hotel, I strongly recommend this hotel thanks to them!

This was a great place to stay in Tokyo, especially for the price. The hotel staff are very kind and accommodating, the area is great for access via public transit, there are a lot of great shops and restaurants around, and the rooms are very nice and clean. It’s important to note that all rooms are on the smaller side in Tokyo/Japan in even real, but the room we had at this hotel thankfully didn’t feel as small as I had expected. It fit the two of us very well and we had a good amount of space for our belongings. There is also a 7 Eleven across the street (great for snacks and withdrawing money at the foreign ATMs) and the hotel will hold your bags for early check in/late check out for no fee. This was truly a lovely place to stay!

Staff are very friendly, they gave suggestion on places to visit, they have this corner with visual tour guide board for tourist. Room was super clean with nice amenities. They also provide fabric spray to freshen your clothes or bed. Located pretty close to Akasaka station around 5mins walk, where the Harry Potter Magic Store located. Had a good stay.

Stayed there various times during business trips. Quiet neighbourhood. Really close to C-line. I especially liked the roof top terrace and the cafe downstairs which is great for working. The hotel manager is really nice, speaks fluent english and helps wherever she can.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay .Close to Train station and 7/11 across the road . The front desk staff were very welcoming and Friendly . We stayed in the twin room which was comfortable for us . Suggest to stay here if you want have a peaceful sleep after hectic days in shibuya 😊 .It was a lovely stay thank you

Hotel Sui Akasaka has a great location near restaurants, stores and trains. Walking distance. Staff is friendly, professional and made me feel welcome. I'll definitely stay again. My favorite thing about Sui Akasaka is it's a small hotel and a couple blocks away from busy streets. It's quiet. Even at full capacity the elevators, laundry room, cafe and rooftop view were virtually empty which is relaxing for me. Cons - small rooms, simple but pleasant. Love the complimentary coffee in the lobby.
