Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience.

私は足が悪く、ホテルに車椅子があり、貸し出ししてくれました。街に用事があったのですが、車椅子もそのまま貸し出ししてくれてとても助かりました。

２食付きでコストパフォーマンスが良かったので申し込みしましたが、夜も朝も食事は満足できました。 中国系の団体客も多くいましたが、特に大声も聞きませんでしたし、マナーのよい団体客でした。

彩凛花を見に屋宿を探していたら、こちらのテトラリゾートがヒットしました。子供二人居たので和室限定でしたが予想より広々とした部屋で家族皆で寝ることができよかったです。

這次住的是和洋式，有榻榻米跟床，很舒服好睡，溫泉也不錯！巴士站就在門口，交通算是方便！如果要去彩凜華，走路要半小時，有點小小不方便！

旧「かんぽの宿」をリニューアルした施設とのこと、丁寧にリニューアルした様子が伺えます。 部屋は広く、スタッフの方の対応も親切で、古い建物ながらも清掃は行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、リーズナブルな価格相当と感じたのが食事。バイキングではなくお膳での食事は、丁寧に調理していただいている様子が嬉しく、また外国からの旅行客の方がスタンダードな日本のホテル夕食として美味しく食べるぶんには十二分ですが、「十勝ならではの料理」とは感じませんでした。野菜ひと品、漬物ひと切れでも、もし地元のものを使っていたら「これは十勝産です」等と積極的にアピールすることで「十勝川温泉のホテルに泊まった」という満足感は高まるのではないかと思います。 源泉は外部情報ブログによると、ホテル独自の泉源で、十勝川温泉の組合の共同泉源ではない様子。適温で入りやすいお風呂でしたが、十勝ならではのモール感にはやや乏しいのが残念です（個人の印象です）。備え付けのシャンプー、ボディソープは質が良いものでした。

全てが足りていないと思われる。少ない人数でやられているのはわかりますが、 できることから改善してもらいたいです。 まずは食事の種類から見直されてはいかがかと・・・
