最上階のポートディープオーシャンフロアに宿泊しました。何と言っても朝食が快適でした。まず最上階から乗るのでエレベーターに乗り損ねることなく朝食会場へ迎えます。専用待ち列と、席も専用エリアがあって混んでいる時間帯でも悠々でした。食べ物の種類も豊富で美味しかったです。部屋にはエスプレッソマシンがあるのも良かったですし、フリードリンクがかなりありがたかったです。海遊館へ行くためにキャプテンラインを利用したのですが、乗り場がホテルの出入口から直線ラインにあって土地勘なくても大丈夫でした。

We had a great stay at Hotel Universal Port. The hotel was very nice, clean, and exactly what you’d expect from a well-run theme park hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were well-kept and comfortable. Amenities were a bit limited, but that’s understandable given the location and the high number of guests. One feature we really appreciated was the luggage storage—being able to store our bags after checkout for free was a big plus. There is a ¥100 deposit, but it’s returned when you bring back the key. We also enjoyed how close the hotel is to the ferry, which made our trip to the Osaka Aquarium much faster and more enjoyable compared to taking the train. While there is a short walk to Universal Studios and the nearby shops, it’s very manageable and actually helps keep the hotel area quieter despite being so close to the park. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel for the price and nice to have a hotel near USJ after a long day there. A little odd it’s coin lockers to store your bag after you check out.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Money exchange machine offered a competitive rate. 3 minute walk to public transportation. Bar was well stocked. Staff very friendly and respectful. Cafe had good options and everything price fairly.
