I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to experience the atmosphere of a hotel with good shopping and sightseeing facilities. They serve a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The location is strategic and close to the station, close to the Gina Market and shopping.

The hotel was in a perfect location. As expected in Tokyo, the rooms are tiny. Not ideal for tall folks like us. Excellent service. Breakfast was standard. There wasn't much choice for an English-American breakfast. All non-smoking rooms. A smoking area is available. Standard housekeeping. The room was small enough to accommodate many amenities, but there was a regular replenishment of tea and coffee. There are no views from any of the rooms. Very close to the next building. Good wifi. The double bed was twice as big as a typical single bed. For a senior citizen couple, it's quite uncomfortable.

The condition of the hotel is very clean and tidy. And then, they served breakfast with many options, and they served me very friendly and helpful staff all day long.

Clean hotel with nice staff and decent breakfast. Small rooms by North American standards. The hotel is a little difficult to find because of the exterior renovations and the fact that it is not on a main street. We reserved a superior room but got a corner room with only one chair. There isn't a microwave except in the lobby. We stayed for six nights in August. We wanted to cancel after one night because the bed was so hard. We were unable to do so because we had to cancel 48 hours in advance. After explaining the situation, they said they would fix the bed. It was a little better, but it was like sleeping on a wooden frame with a 1 foam mattress on top. Baths are 34 and we had to shower. I won't stay here again.
