I LOVED THIS PLACE, hands down. It was my first time in Tokyo, Japan, and as a solo traveler, this is exactly where you need to stay. It’s close to so many train stations, making it super easy to get in and out of the city. The area itself is also really nice and quiet, which was perfect after spending the day in crowded parts of the city. Coming back here was such a nice way to wind down. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m back… which will be soon!!! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and welcoming throughout my stay!

Large bathroom wet area, bedroom is normal size for Tokyo, felt small but functional and clean. Location is brilliant with a few key subway lines for visiting the districts. Quieter part of town near Ginza, not touristy but some hidden little bars and lovely local eats

Hotel Yae no Midori exceeded every expectation. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless — the staff were professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the overall environment feels incredibly safe and well-maintained, which matters a lot when you’re traveling in an unfamiliar city. Everything felt fresh, orderly, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is honestly unbeatable. You’re steps away from Tokyo Station, with easy access to multiple train lines that put the rest of the city — and beyond — right at your fingertips. Getting around couldn’t be easier, whether you’re headed to Shibuya, Asakusa, or hopping on the Shinkansen. What really sets this hotel apart are the little conveniences that make a big difference: a Lawson convenience store right across the street for snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack, and a fantastic ramen shop next door for when you want a hot, satisfying meal without going far. After a long day of exploring, that kind of easy access to food is a big plus! Whether you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time or returning for another adventure, Hotel Yae no Midori is a place I’d recommend without hesitation for their prime location, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back. Would absolutely stay there again.
