We would highly, highly recommend Ichirino Kogen Hotel Roan. Dinner was phenomenal - some of the best food we had on our one month trip travelling around Japan. The variety of dishes, the freshness of the food, the beautiful presentation, and the harmony of the flavor combinations stood out to us. It was really delicious. The restaurant itself was comfortable and lovely. It was a little cold at first, but the grill warmed the room while the sake warmed us from the inside :) The service at the front desk was perfect, it could not have possibly been better. It was the friendliest, warmest reception we've received. In fact, the entire staff was the pinnacle of good hospitality. From the front desk to the wait staff, everyone was amazing to interact with. Those who didn't speak English at all still made such an effort to answer our questions and help us. Everyone had a friendly, cheerful disposition - it genuinely felt like they were happy we were there and that they took pride in their amazing service. We loved the private baths, especially the outdoor open air one. The hot water was the perfect temperature and it left our skin feeling incredible. The lobby was great - it felt very cozy, warm, and welcoming. Like we were in our own home. The robot mascot was so much fun and we delighted in interacting with him and watching others (especially the children staying in the hotel, who seemed to find him magical) interacting with him. We booked this hotel at about 2030 because it is close to a ski resort and we had a wonderful stay. We arrived at this hotel from Kanazawa by bus to the send station. We originally booked a free transport service from send station to the hotel around 2030. We call the hotel on a public phone and changed the pickup time to around 1900 as we had finished our one-day trip to Kanazawa earlier than expected. Due to the heavy snow, the bus came to the send station in 1940, but we were unable to contact the hotel about the delay as we didn't have a japan sim card. Big thanks to the hotel staff as he was very patient and reliable he waited for us under heavy snow for more than 30 minutes at the station. Otherwise, we might have a problem and would be stuck at the bus station. When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately felt welcomed by the receptionist. Checking was efficent, and hotel information was clearly explained. There were both outdoor and indoor hot springs. We liked the breakfast and dinner menus on the first night more than the second night. On the day of check-out, our phone alarm didn't work, so we didn't go to eat breakfast on time. It was cold but we thought we were late. But I would suggest that the kitchen keep food warm rather than leaving it cold so that guests

The atmosphere is very romantic and strategic. Especially located near Hassan. It has a beautiful place for a romantic place to stay. It has a big bathroom and an amazing lounge area with comfortable chairs. The traditional kiseki meals are very tasty. The bath is both indoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back here.

We reserved this roman with the intention of going skiing the next day. Unfortunately, no snow meant the Ichirino Ski Resort was closed. This meant the hotel was completely empty because people had canceled their trips. This worked out well for us because both the inside and outside baths are very small. The bedrooms are on the pokey side too very comfortable for 3 adults. The staff were friendly and one nice lady from Taiwan could speak English. Dinner was excellent, with a chance to try wild boar, river fish, and local hassan tofu. The lounge has a log fireplace, watched by a horrible looking stuffed wild bear. Given the price of the rooms, which cost 300 senhor for table football, the games area needs a major update! You can go skiing in a minute when there is snow. Would return during peak season.

In the winter, I'm confident Hassan is the place to be. It was incredibly calm when we visited in August. It is very old, therefore I chirino is somewhat older. A renovation is required. The staff only spoke a limited amount of English. They were helpful. The sister hotel was advertised 30 minutes up the road, with a natural entrance open to visitors. The staff brought us there, only to discover that the sister hotel was so dilapidated that it appeared to be a haunted building when we came. We stayed out of the building since the lobby was musk. Breakfast and dinner were pleasant. The one was adequate. Because it is directly from the mountains, the water is of high caliber.

施設、ロケーション、スタッフ全て非常に良かったです。連泊でしたが、食事も美味しく飽きない工夫がされてて良かったです。また、利用したいと思いました。ただ一点、どうしようもないのでしょうが冬なのに山側の部屋と食事所にカメムシが頻繁に出てくるのが改善して欲しいかなと。

From the lovely natural surroundings around the hotel to the calm and friendly staff who will always help you with a smile, everything about this place is relaxing. The room is large, comfortable and quiet. Traditional Japanese style which I found is better for my back. The beginning is large and has many amenities, including hot thermal water that comes directly from the mountains. And the restaurant is simply something from a movie. Every item on their menu is a work of art. From sushi to grilled fish, tofu and wild boar. There are so many yummy options. Have dinner or breakfast there you will feel in another time in history. You will leave this hotel happier and more relaxed.

Seluruh fasilitas mandi di akomodasi ini bukan merupakan onsen, melainkan air pegunungan dari Gunung Hakusan yang dipanaskan dan terus bersirkulasi. Pada hari-hari ramai, tamu dapat menggunakan pemandian terbuka besar hanya mulai pukul 16:00 hingga 23:00. Setelah waktu tersebut, hanya tersedia shower hingga pukul 09:00 keesokan harinya.
Pada pagi hari berikutnya, shower tetap tersedia, namun mandi tidak diperbolehkan. Pada hari-hari lainnya, kami mohon tamu menggunakan pemandian besar sesuai sistem waktu dengan jadwal terpisah berdasarkan gender, atau pada hari tertentu, kami menawarkan penggunaan gratis pemandian privat yang biasanya berbayar sebanyak satu kali (dapat menampung sekitar 3 orang). (50 menit per sesi, beberapa sesi tersedia tergantung jumlah reservasi.) Shower tersedia di pemandian besar maupun pemandian privat.
