In agreement with most past comments. Accessible (very close to the karasuma oike subway station) and within walking distance to most places, clean, nice jet stream shower, helpful staff. Amenities were great. Lots of items available. The cherry on top is the 24 hour lounge with complimentary bread and pastries that actually taste good.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était propre, l’hôtel très près de la la station de métro et des bus qui permettent d’aller aux endroits les plus intéressants de Kyoto. Il y avait des jus de fruit, café, thé et pains à disposition, parfait pour faire son petit déjeuner le matin. Le personnel était très serviable. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel !

Fantastic stay. Good location, and great place to unwind after a long day sightseeing. Very relaxed atmosphere and the readily available drinks, bread and pastries is an absolute winner. Have already recommended to other travellers.

Really cool place. Very clean and so close to one of the train stations. Also very walkable and super nice and quite neighborhood. Only thing was the washer and dryer service. There's only one set for the entire hotel. I love the room and how spacious was.

Great price for what you get. The room was clean and the lobby offers free snacks, coffee and juice 24 hours. The lobby also offers affordable beer, wine, whiskey and sake for only 500 yen. The beds were firm and comfortable. The hotel is located close to a metro stop. I would definitely come back to this place the next time I’m in Kyoto.

We LOVE this hotel! It is conveniently located and has incredible amenities like free coffee, tea, juice, bread and croissants 24 hours a day! There is a record player with a great vinyl record library and a wide assortment of games to play while you relax in the comfy chairs and sofas. We highly recommend it!

Perfect stay for Kyoto. Immediately nice vibe in the lobby and the staff were helpful and friendly. There’s a subway right around the corner. Room comfortable and quiet, and the shower is the best we’ve had on this trip. Yes the rooms are small but that is universal for anywhere in Japan. Loved this hotel, would stay again. Appreciated the free bakery and juice/coffee items too, and the customisable water bottle!

I had a really quick experience when I checked in and checked out it’s pretty smooth staying in the hotel. It’s very cosy and the staff is pretty nice. I really like the coffee and the self-serve café bar is amazing.
