We had such a lovely stay at Kamata Ann. I felt truly at peace as we winded down from our week long Tokyo trip. It was enriching to experience a traditional Japanese home, and the kotatsu was my favorite part! I would definitely stay again.

This is a house rental in the Kamata district of Tokyo. It is a family-friendly home with a playroom and every amenity we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and some essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, and salt. I was pleased that the house has a kotatsu (heated table) and a TV. The house has directions on how to use the appliances, how to separate trash, how to use the aircon, what to do in an emergency and a guide of Tokyo transportation and highlights in each area. It is within a 10 minute walk from the JR Kamata Station and the KK Keikyu Airport Line from Haneda Airport. There are grocery stores and restaurants close to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautifully decorated in a traditional style. It is impeccably clean and offers ample storage space. Highly recommended!.

Our family of six stayed in this cozy japanese house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is an 8minute walk from keikyu kamata station, which is approximately 15 minutes by train ride to haneda int'l airport. Shops, restaurants, and a family mart/7-11 are all close to the train station. Before returning to hanoidal airport, we used the lockers at the railway station to store our bags while doing 3D 2N skiing. Easy access to disneyland or disneysex, mega donki at shibuya or tsukiji outer market from kamita ann. I highly recommend staying for ten days in relocating to one of japunk tradition homes.

Kamata an home in general is fantastic, i stayed for 11 days in the winter. The house has all the amenities, hall, kitchen, laundry, toilet and shower on the ground floor, which is ideal for my family of five adults. On the first floor there is a separate room for us to sleep. It is approximately 300 meters from Keikyu kamataka station and 600 meters away from Kamita station. There is ample paid parking around 150 meters outside the house. We took motos up the Subaru line peak of mount fuji with breathtaking scenery. Very helpful home owner, she responded to all of my messages within 30 minutes.
