My family and I had a wonderful stay. We purchased the breakfast and it was great every morning. The room was comfortable. Fridge and air conditioning were running well. The water pressure was strong and provided wonderful showers at the end of the day. Staff was polite and helpful.

very convenient location to tokyo station, and walkable to ginza! great stay for families, as we were able to get joining rooms with a configuration of 6 beds! Breakfast is included but we did not try as it seemed pretty basic and there are so many food options nearby in tokyo station / ginza

Walking distance to Tokyo Station and plenty of places to eat and shop. Could not fault anything about this hotel. They had a lounge area that you could access after lunch to 10pm with snacks and drinks.

Location is top, very close to Tokyo station, Ginza, etc. Staffs in the reception are very friendly and accommodates any requests. Also helps transporting luggage to other cities. The room was spacious and had needed amenities. Washing machine is available in common area (not inside the room). 100% worthy for the price. Highly recommend!

Super convenient location, 5 min. walk to Tokyo Station and Lawsons next door. Restaurants and shopping nearby also. The room was super clean and air conditioned, the second floor lounge has free beverages and snacks. Breakfast is offered at an additional charge and was convenient and tasty. The staff was super friendly and spoke English.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The complimentary snack bar is very nice. The only inconvenience is that not every room has laundry machine. There are two public laundry machines located on the 3rd floor. You have to pay and it takes couple of hours to get the laundry done.

家族3人で2泊でした。部屋の広さは余裕がありソファの感じも良かったです。シャワー室もトイレもランドリー設備も清潔で綺麗でした。空調の調整も快適に設定出来て良かったです。サービスの軽飲食のクオリティも良かったです。スタッフ皆さん親切で心遣いが良くて嬉しかったです。東京駅からも近く、コンビニも近く周りも静かで立地的にも良かったです。
