The staff was truly exceptional, making my experience truly memorable. Among the friendliest personnel ive encountered in japan. Excellent experience with thoughtful attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, with each room equipped with an almost fullsized refrigerator. I wholeheartedly recommend this place as a 10 out of 10.

Even though the room appears dated, the place is really lovely. The personnel are incredibly helpful and kind. They provided free transportation for a nearby location dropoff. After we check out, we can also leave our bags, rent idy, and go out! Excellent hospitality, almost everything you need is included! Some concerns. I arrived at the hotel around 5-6 p. M., it was already dark in japan, so ive taken walked from the station to the lodging. Although there was nothing wrong with the route, its still dark.

Overall very accommodating and may return on future visits. A good place to stay. Their onsen was small, but it serves its purpose. The free amenities were greatly appreciated throughout our entire stay as well. They also offered a shuttle service, which saved us countless hours of walking. Walking at night can be tense because the route to the hotel is in drab lighting, however nothing your phones flashlight cant solve. There are microwaves, hot water dispensers for drinks, chopsticks available, complimentary drinks provided, and some board games to keep you entertained at all night. Be cautious when making reservations through irapplication, as there was an issue with booking through another thirdparty website.

Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap. Onsen mereka kecil tetapi memenuhi tujuan kami. Fasilitas gratis sangat dihargai selama kami tinggal. Mereka juga menawarkan layanan antar-jemput yang menyelamatkan kami dari banyak berjalan kaki.

As soon as we arrived, my family and i were treated with great hospitality and kindness. The two men working at the front desk gave our baby a warm place to feed him before checkin. Later, one of the guys dropped us off and picked us up from the town center. Although aged, the rooms are quite clean. Finally, in the case by the entrance, there was surprisingly affordable drink pricing. I will only return based on service.

The personnel are courteous and helpful despite their limited english proficiency. With hairs and dirt on the floor, the cleanliness fell short of expectations. The train station is about an 8minute walk away from the location, which is reasonably close to the train stop. In the lobby, there are amenities available. It is unsuitable for people with mobility concerns because there were only stairs present, a false claim of an elevator, even though reservations were made through other platforms. We were given tamerania when we paid for idly twin rooms with private bathrooms, but were instead given one without them. There were no common bathrooms in the foyer, so those with disabilities may find it bothersome. A complimentary shuttle service, hot baths around the clock, and utensils are all positives.

The family hotel is very warm, but the room is really small! The public bathroom is a bit small. The hotel can pick up and drop off at the tram point, which is more convenient. Very special experience!.
