Very impressive with a beautiful panorama from the room. A pleasant meal served in-room. The absence of private access was disappointing. Overall average. Wifi is only accessible in the lobby. Although it was a difficult climb to reach the hotel, it was well worth it for the breathtaking view.

This is a traditional hot spring hotel, which serves good kiseki cuisine including kobe beef dinner and breakfast. We got spacious Japanese tatami rooms with lovely pillows and the silver gold hot springs. We spent the evening in the fantastic karaoke bar, singing and drinking champagne with a very friendly Japanese couple who befriended us.

I really enjoyed walking around the resort wearing a super comfy Kata Japanese robe and the springs were great as well! There were 2 styles: the Japanesestyle and the Romanstyle. So it's free to choose which one you like better! And even if you're around naked with other people, it still feels private. which is great! My fiance and I ordered room service for dinner. A woman in a kimono came to our room and served us one course at a time, which was an amazingly luxurious experience. To be honest, the cuisine isn't too much to write home about. But the experience is definitely something great. There is only wifi in the lobby. Great for technological detox! We really love this place and want to go back for our honeymoon!.

I adored it here, it was the perfect stopover in between osaka tokyo. You must visit the hot springs if you are not afraid to become naked. The massage chairs were an excellent way to unwind after a soak in the hot springs. There isn't much else to do in town other than play games.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of a busy road and this place is not for the tourist, we were in a small room, the price is quite expensive, and the atmosphere was very comfortable to live in. The rooms here are very unique. The cleanliness here is so good. The room that we stayed in was very comfortable and very clean. The bed is hard to find for me. They provide the bed linen. After that, other guests here sleep on the mat covered floor and eat traditional sit on the floor 10 course meal at 5610 spa.
