A wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Especially with local suggestions and activities that this unintelligently wandering human toothbrush had no idea of. The guesthouse itself is cozy, charming, eclectic. Structured in a way that inspires presence and gathering. Location is close to one of the train lines that will connect you to where you need to go. I might have to return one day. Hope it doesnt take me another 6 years or if there is resurgence from pandemic to prevent traveling. Thank you, maya crew.

Maya guesthouse was fantastic, and this was my first visit to kose! I have fond memories of it because the entire staff was so attentive and kind. The facilities were immaculate and wellkept. It was quite handy that the train station was close by as well as the nearby Sannomiya station. Mayan guest house is situated in a peaceful area, which adds to the tranquil atmosphere. There are numerous neighborhood eateries and cafes nearby. I heartily endorse it!.

I had a wonderful stay at the guest house for over ten weeks. I reserved sytayed cots. The bunks were comfortable and provided privacy, and the room was pleasant. If you enjoy small townfeelings like you are in kobe with the amenities of utmost conveniences, the location is ideal. Close to market street, onsen, restaurants, or anything else you require. Amazingly kind and accommodating staff members are present. Overall, i had an excellent time while playing games with them cooking meals. Due to the cozy design and friendly staff, this guest houses social environment is its best feature. Excellent stay, highly recommended for anyone visiting kube. Particularly if youre traveling alone like me.

I had a great time here! Fantastic hostel in san francisco neighborhood! The staff is what makes the place special - great people youd love to meet and spend time with. The common area is inviting and allows for sharing and conversations, with spaces for reading & working as well. Showers are excellent, and the location is fantastic.

The hostel is located in a local area. The staff is very friendly and the place is great for socializing. There are good local restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. I had i had an amazing time staying here.

Maya gh was fantastic. I reserved a female bedbunk, and each bunk had stout space and even lins to put all of my things on. There is likewise i have gotten utensils for use in the room. The stairs were incredibly steep and small, so luggage will need to be carried up and down checking in and out. It was great to have an appropriate female restroom and shower. However, because it is right next to the railway, earplugs were provided. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and cheerful, greeting you in/out of hong kong. Oh, as mr. Mayan is known as, well as cablecar ropeway travel, im saving ny from paying for the trip because he has alias with masjia. Had my new years celebration with them knocking the bell at the shrine and watching the new days dawn while eating their delicious food. A wonderful stay in

The proprietor and employees are incredibly kind and accommodating. Really wonderful atmosphere. I only spent one night there, but on the evening one of the staff members celebrated his birthday and invited some guests (including me) and friends to have dinner together at the guesthouse. Another member of staff gave me a dago as i left. Talking with other guests and staff was gratifying for me. It takes between 10 and 20 minutes to travel the asteroid otani trail to mount maya from the hotel, depending on your speed. You can reach the summit and observation deck in just over an hour if you are quick. This makes it suited for hiking Mt. Maya! My recommendation is to get up early and see the sunrise!.

We have been visiting japan for the past two weeks and have met amazing people in maya. Friendly greeting, lots of things shared during our stay. The shoba was great. Great team. We definitely want to return soon. Thank you.

We adored guesthouse maya. Such a wonderful communityrun establishment, i wholeheartedly endorse it. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms excellent temperature control ensured slumber. From the roof, there was incredibly beautiful scenery.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and you can walk to nada station in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very nice and attentive. I had a great time there.

This hostel is very nice and has a friendly staff. We stayed in secluded, clean private room. The toilets and showers were shared with other guests but also kept in good condition. However, the toilet on our floor was quite small. It is located in quieter parts of kobe, not far from market and onsen. You only need ten minutes to get to the tube which takes you to livelier parts around the city. Overall i would recommend this place to stay for twelfth day.

I would recommend this hostel to anyone, especially solo travelers. I had a great time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere of the hostel is comfortable. There are many activities to do and see in the area around the hotel and access to Sannomiya is also easy and quick.

The location is excellent, the staff is extremely helpful, and the facility is tidy and welcoming. I missed the checkout, but the personnel was gracious enough to check on me. The lady in charge this morning saw my full moon in broad daylight, yet she spoke very professionally about it and told me a guest would need to enter the room i was overstaying in. Apart from the fact that kobe is incredibly beautiful, ive met wonderful people, so the employees at maya hostel definitely made the city worthwhile to visit. Once again, im sorry for the impoliteness ill have shown, however, it certainly contributed to enhancing the experience. Will return!.

Maya guest house is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide the best service. Both the rooms and the bathrooms were clean. You will have many wonderful and memorable conversations with locals and guests in this fantastic location. I highly recommend it!.

If i were to visit kobe again, ill stay here again. I stayed in a single room. The room was large, clean, and wellmaintained. Also, the toilets were very clean and maintained. Staff were patient and understanding. They are also friendly and provide excellent explanations.
