Very convenient location, and all of the staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I accidentally made a mistake with my booking and forgot to reserve one of the nights, leaving all of my belongings in the room. The staff went out of their way to contact me by phone and through Expedia, and they carefully kept every single item safe—including the food I had left in the refrigerator. I was also impressed by the housekeeping team. As I was walking by, I saw them lifting every mattress to vacuum underneath. It was amazing to see how much care and attention they put into making sure guests have a clean and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again!

Good location, clean room and friendly staff. Only thing is laundry, it takes time to bring clothes to a fully dry up.

Really enjoyed the amenities on the premium floor. They have pancakes in the morning, give you free water bottles, and have skincare products in the bathroom. The double room is small but big enough for two. Staff were helpful and it’s in a nice quiet part of Ginza.

The Koko hotel is clean and easy for travelers when visiting Tokyo. This property is located close walking distance to the metro, coffee shops, restaurants and a plethora of department stores as well. Consider the Koko hotel as a hub for your Tokyo visit. I always make it a point to stay here,

KOKOホテル銀座1丁目はもう6～7回目の利用ですが、スタッフの方がフレンドリーで、1階フロアに電子レンジやウォーターサーバー、アイスクリームの自販機があり、場所も便利でとても快適です。

The room was clean when I checked in. The staff were very helpful when I had questions about late check outs and luggage storage. Everything was great but would be better if they had more laundry facilities. Not a problem though as there was laundry facilities nearby as well

Super oplevelse. Vi boede 3 personer på et værelse på premium floor. Lækkert stort værelse. Ingen støj. Ydermere fælles areal med pandekagemaskine, kaffe, the pg juice, så morgenmaden fra 7-Eleven kunne indtages der. Desuden vaskeri. Området var godt. Lidt tilbagetrukket, men rigtig fin placering i Ginza. Stor 7-Eleven på den anden side af gaden med siddepladser. Ville gerne komme igen. Eneste små minusser. Der var ingen skabe, så kufferter stod fremme, og der virkede en anelse støvet på værelserne.

Really enjoyed our stay at KOKO. It was conveniently located to the shipping areas and there were plenty of konbini and Starbucks locations nearby if you're a coffee fiend. Hotel rooms were nice and very updated, but I want to remind everyone that these are Tokyo sized rooms, not American sized. They are quite small for two people - even in a premium double. They also have nice amenities available to make your stay better including luggage storage. Would stay again, and I would recommend if you want to be near Ginza's shopping scene! Also somewhat close to Tokyo station.
