If you depart from Unazuki Beginning Station, turn left, and the hotel is a few hundred meters away. 100 meters up the road is the Probe Railway Station. We stayed in one of the two western-style rooms. Room large and clean, with only a toilet and no shower. Baths are to be taken in the top level indoor entrance. The commencement water is hot and smooth. Because of earlier snowfall, we decided to skip the probe railway ride that day. Instead, we went for a walk along a path just past the probe Station parking lot that leads you to a bridge that overlooks the gorge and a view of the red probe railway bridge. During our stay in not, only two restaurants down the street were open for dinner. We chose the less upscale oden restaurant run by an old lady. The sashimi was thick cut and fresh.

In the small town of Unazuki, everything is right around the probe gorge station. When exiting the train station, turn left and head up the same road as the gorge train station. The hotel is an old goldfish bronze building on the right. Had a room facing the rail I train station. The room was spacious, with tatami mats and a futon. There is an opening on the upper floors.

Unazuki onset is a small town with a calm atmosphere and the streets are almost deserted at night. All excursions to the Torokko Rail Trail begin here. The Torokko Train Station and the Chinoise Dantotsu Railway Station are both conveniently located here. Just less than 100 meters away, the Torokko station and the Chinoise Dantotsu railroad stop are both points of contact with this hotel. The room was brief, but that is not unusual in Japan. Although the hotel did not offer us supper, we were provided with a coupon for the nearby Unazuki House Restaurant. This dinner was by far the finest we had on this trip, and it ranks among the best in all of our various trips to Japan. It was unforgettable to have such an enjoyable dining experience in this tiny town. Being so close to the ocean, the sashimi dinner is seafood. The highlight was the generous portion of fresh sashimi and the otaku aka, or small, firmly squids we had for shabushabu, which is a seafood dinner. Every dish we had was exquisitely presented and delicious. This dinner was well worth the cost we spent for lodging. Even brunch offered a variety of menus. This hotel is a nice spot to spend the night

We were planning to ride the probe gorge railway, so we looked for a cheap hotel near the station. Feel unazuki was the cheapest we saw at the time. The building wasn't opulent nor brand new, but the room had plenty of space and everything was clean, as far as I remember. The position was ideal, we just have to cross the street to ride the famous probe gorge railway. And the other train station is also only about a 4-minute walk away. The service was excellent. It was raining that day, so the receptionists were happy to lend us umbrellas. They were helpful in letting us know the location of convenience store, restaurants, etc. There was only one issue we encountered. When we arrived at the large ofuro beginning, we read that the location of the men and women ofuro will be switched at 10 p.m. due to the fact that we have not had time to relax in the beginning. However, no staff came at 10 p.m. to switch rooms, and we still could hear men's voices from another ofuro, so we didn't know what to do. We chose to call the reception desk 20 minutes later, and a staff immediately arrived to switch rooms. I guess we were stupid for being too late with time, but hey, in Japan, everyone usually works on time.

In the middle of May, I stayed here. Around 1830 in the evening, I drove from Papplication and arrived at the hotel. The manager expected me to arrive and assigned me a room on the top floor with a view of the train station. The room is big and comfortable, with a Japanese-style tatami or a traditional twin bed. The in-house hot spring pool is convenient. The surrounding area was good too. Take the transport on to the mountain.
