Saya mendapatkan harga yang bagus. Kamarnya baru dan luas. Ada sofa dan ada juga amenity bar. Tempat tidurnya besar. Kedap suara di kamar buruk dan saya bisa mendengar tawa dan obrolan dari kamar sebelah. Saya tidak bisa melihat TV, hanya YouTube. Lift tidak berfungsi sejak pukul 9 malam, jadi sangat merepotkan untuk menaiki tangga dengan gendongan. Tidak ada tempat parkir resmi di hotel, jadi saya menggunakan tempat parkir berbayar di dekatnya. Ada tempat parkir yang agak jauh dengan biaya 700 yen 24 jam. Saya akan kembali jika itu adalah harga yang bagus.

Harga yang murah, 9.900 Yen ditambah pajak akomodasi 200 yen cukup menarik. Sebagai seseorang yang selalu menyalakan TV di rumah, rasanya stres karena tidak bisa menonton TV. Tidak ada jam atau kacamata yang tidak nyaman. Kamar bersih dan rapi. Staf selalu tersenyum dan ramah. Saya tidak pernah merasa kebisingan dari kamar sekitar, seperti dari kamar sebelah, yang mengganggu. Karena saya check-in lebih awal, proses check-in menjadi mudah. Saya juga senang menerima bir gratis. Kulkas memiliki daya pendingin yang cukup. Air minum gratis di kamar juga enak. Secara keseluruhan, saya senang memilih Kyoto Pleasant Hotel karena harganya murah.

Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Baru-baru ini, banyak hotel yang tidak memiliki fasilitas pembersihan, tetapi hotel ini memiliki segalanya dan sangat membantu! Ada permainan, tenis meja, dart, dan bahkan video game nostalgia di fasilitas tersebut, yang sangat menghibur tidak hanya anak-anak tetapi juga orang dewasa. Super famicom sepertinya merupakan hal baru! Saya mendengar bahwa festival akan diadakan lain kali, jadi jika jadwal saya memungkinkan, saya pasti ingin pergi ke sana.

Kamar bersih yang baru direnovasi. Tenang, tidak ada masalah dengan kebisingan jalan atau kebisingan dari kamar lain. Saya memiliki pemandangan Kyoto dan pegunungan yang indah dari kamar saya di lantai 2. Ada dua toko kelontong dan apotek di dekatnya. Kopi atau teh dan microwave tersedia di lobi, kulkas mini dan ketel listrik di kamar, jadi mudah untuk menikmati makanan ringan atau camilan. Tidak di pusat kota, tetapi di kawasan yang tenang dan halte bus dan kereta bawah tanah di dekatnya. Satu-satunya ketidaknyamanan kecil adalah mereka meminta Anda untuk mengembalikan kunci di meja resepsionis setiap kali Anda pergi, tetapi ini membutuhkan beberapa detik untuk meninggalkannya dan mengambilnya kembali, dan saya kira menambah keamanan sehingga mereka dapat memeriksa setiap orang yang masuk. The room is very comfortable with individual duvets. The location is central and close to things you might like to explore, but the hotel is on a wide, somewhat characterless street, so thats a small sacrifice. There are two grocery stores downstairs which are great for a quick bite or drink. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Coffee, tea, toothbrushes, lotions, towels, etc. All available in the lobby for back in your room.

By ordinance regulations, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately at the local facility from check-in on October 1, 2018.
［In case the room charge is JPY 19,999 or less: JPY 200 per night per guest.
［If the room charge is between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999: JPY 500 per night per guest.
［When the room charge is JPY 50,000 or more]: JPY 1,000 per night per person

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
