This was an amazing property. If I had more time in Japan I would have stayed here longer. The rooms all have a deep jacuzzi tub with mt. Fuji views. There is a public onsen for guests downstairs and private booth onsens as well.

What a view. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Communication via email and messaging was quick and efficient. Breakfast was excellent as well as Dinner. The only blot was the view from the kitchen area, the window on the outside was dirty and covered in cobwebs. Apart from that, would recommend and wish I could have stayed longer. The private onsens were gorgeous and clean. The indoor clothing provided was a nice touch and could be worn anywhere inside the hotel including dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with great view of Mount Fuji. Quiet location outside of town. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. More free amenities than most hotels, like free coffee all day. Would highly recommend to stay here

The hotel was stunning, with incredible views, a beautiful onsen, and very helpful staff. We had an outstanding time, truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and loved the location with great views of Mt. Fuji.

El hotel muy bueno, los servicios y amenities muy buenos, el onsen fue toda una experiencia y el buffet muy completo, con muchas opciones y rico. La atención del personal fue buenísima y, aunque casi nadie hablaba inglés y nosotros nada de japonés, hacían un esfuerzo genuino para comunicarse con nosotros con señas y traductores, lo cual es de agradecer. Reconocimiento especial a Yumi (la única del staff que habla español) que, cuando mi hija se puso mal por alergia, estuvo ayudándonos para ir al hospital y luego dándonos seguimiento. Muy complacidos con la estancia, 10 de 10.

We loved this hotel. We picked it for the view of Fuji and it did not disappoint once the clouds had cleared. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are a reasonable size, the facilities are good and the breakfast is very good with plenty of variety (even for my wife who is vegan). We used the private sauna / Onsen facilities every day. (you cannot use the public Onsen / Sauna facilities if you have tattoos). we walked a lot locally and ran 5 - 10km every morning on the lakeside which was very nice. My only complaint which isn't a deal breaker is that there are no laundry facilities. As I try to travel light when travelling across a country for a long period of time, I rely on laundry facilities a lot. As this was our last stop before flying home, it wasn't too much of an issue. Would I book again? YES - WITHOUT DOUBT. Oh...and free wine between 3pm and 7pm.

お部屋からもフロントからもとても綺麗な富士山が見えて大満足でした！！！ 夜食のそばは食べ切れるか不安で彼と一つだけ頼んで半分こにするか2種類頼むか迷っていたら残しても全然いいのでぜひ2種類召し上がってくださいと言ってくださり2種類味を楽しめました！美味し過ぎてペロリでした！笑 ロケーションもスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしくまたぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

The Hotel was fantastic! The location is absolutely amazing -with the breathtaking view on Mount Fuji so we could enjoy Her Majesty magnificent presence every day. Staff were friendly, rooms -spacy and clean, breakfast and dinner were tasty. We highly recommend this hotel to travelers who are planning to spend few days in Five Lakes area.

Our stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also provide pajamas/loungewear, which were extremely comfortable and a nice extra touch. We loved having a balcony with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, especially in the morning and at sunset. The onsen and public baths were relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the private onsens as well. The location was peaceful and quiet, with gorgeous scenery all around. I highly recommend taking advantage of the hotel shuttle service to get to and from Kawaguchiko Station, as getting Ubers was more difficult than not, especially for a larger group. The nearest FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are about a mile away, so the breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding to your stay. There was a wide variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, this was the best stay of all the places we visited in Japan. We would definitely stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko again.
