We would stay again. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety. It was incredibly clean and roomy. There were breathtaking views. We had an excellent experience with japanese culture. In the lobby, there is delectable tea and cookies and bushes that are kept up nicely. Many thanks for your hospitality!.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, kind of rural, so the closest convenience store is a 15minute walk or you can shop at the hotels inhouse shop where prices are jacked up and none of it tastes good either. For 40-60 k yen per night, they dont bother to include sanitizer because it is considered an amenity service because they try to be ecofriendly while capsule hotels for less than 5 kiyo pernight offer all of these essential amenities for free. The place is night but it literally is located in remote wilderness and is meant to end refueling after countless trips to japan. Its pleasant to have pampered rooms. Given its price, the rooms were more spacious than any hotel ive ever stayed at. There is both tavern for breakfast and mr. Dinner. Sometimes just not my palates were very mid to mid. They served wagyu beef for dinner, but since it was so bland that the rice bowl they served after it tasted far better than anything else they had served in their course. I would argue that fast food chains like yakioya or cdonalds would actually taste better when this area was actually populated with stores and restaurants.

The hotel design, environment, and hygiene are topnotch! I reserved a set for the evening at the hotel. The cuisine was delicious, exquisite, meticulously prepared! Worth returning to! Recommended!.

This is a wonderful ryokan experience that adds hints of western comforts. The fact that laforet hakone offers private onsen rooms is at the top of the comfort list. For those who prefer discretion when out of clothes, this is an excellent option. There is seating space and tatami flooring that runs from the wall to the walls in the rooms. It feels great to walk on the flooring! A cozy japanese loungewear called yukata is provided, and guests wear it throughout the hotel. Japanese and continental options are also available at breakfast buffets at rook. My two western favorites are croissants with incredibly buttery texture and light, crispy, flakey shell! ), and the granola with bits of chewy dried fruit and crunchy balls mixed in with crunchy noodles and noodles that resemble miniatures of nerd size. Yum! The local cuisine was also excellent. Fresh, authentically made using locally sourced ingredients. We had our second visit, but i still wholeheartedly endorse it!.

The heavy snow mountaineering tram was out of service when i checked in. I took the mountain biking tram for two stops and got off at Koenjo, then kept turning left after arriving at the hotel. The hotel provides a pickup service to go to and from the Gora station, and ive had sleazy snowfalls. Mountain climbing is incredibly enjoyable. When we arrived at this hotel, the staff was really enthusiastic. They were busy helping our family of four pick up their luggage and wipe the rain and snow off the suitcases while they were helping us pick them up and take the dust and dirt off. With fewer people, both the room and the openair hot springs were quite cozy. My son gave me excellent reviews for both dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious.

Beautiful resort. Spotless. They lock your shoes up at the entrance so you cant even bring them in with you. And then they wipe down the wheels of your luggage. Very luxurious. Our room had a private outdoor wooden onsan with natural hot spring water. 8 minutes walk to the cable car that goes down to lake.

I really wanted to go to onsen during my trip in japan, and you bet the photos of this hotel drew me in, especially the private balcony baths. However, getting to this motel is a lengthy trek in and of itself. I traveled by train, then by bus, before arriving at the bus station, which takes 10 minutes down erecting slope unless you can pay fewer for cabs or take fares. The hotel itself is quite quiet and peaceful, but it is rather far from tourist attractions if you want to do anything in hakone. Although i intended to visit the openair picasso museum, opted out and instead spent two hours downstairs where the hot spring and sauna were located, that was fantastic because public bathers are completely nude, first of all, public bathrooms arent like lawson, family mart, or 7-11, so ive never had to worry about going out except to stay there. There isn't much else this hotels offers, other than putting up with massages and facial treatments. We also had three glasses of cola during dinner, both of which were not expensive, though. Even though it was far away, it wasnt terribly expensive. Despite being out of the way, this lodging was well worth the trip. Would he return? Hmm. Once is enough for me personally, although there

The hotel staff, especially a beautiful girl from taiwanese descent, were exceptionally friendly. After your arrival, they would clean your shoes and suitcases. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at lutian feng ling. The mornings cool, fresh scent is present, and the night feels unnaturally quiet, almost silent.

We had a wonderful time in hakone, the room was neat and tidy, and we had our own private onsen. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the service and meals. It makes the entire family feel motivated, relaxed, ready to continue our japan trip. In addition to being close to the ropeway train, there is onsite shuttle service to go to or from the hotel to Gora station.

It appears that this hotel has undergone renovations. The breakfast and dinner were of good quality. Breakfast is served as a buffet. However, it was still enjoyable. Outside the room, there is jyakuji, and the view was breathtaking. To be honest, the shower booth wasnt particularly clean.

We stayed in their recently opened family suites with a private onsen in late february 2024. The serviceman at the entrance was the best weve encountered in any hotel we have remained in our life. Room was clean and the onsesen was good. Restaurant was nice looking, but the service staff was less than adequate and food was average at best. We were served by chinese young man who forgot that we had ordered extra options and that i had to remind him or ask him for more tea on multiple occasions. Most of the staff were busy serving the food and no explanations on how it was prepared and how to prepare it together. Our dessert browny came with salted jam to complement the sweet brown but no one told us and we all found out the hard way. And the brown was. I dont understand why they bother with brown when there are so many great japanese dessert options. After completing the small tasting, we left the whole thing. They seemed to have tried hard to provide fine dining, however it felt more like if it were merely tastier than the ones served in other onsian restaurants at this price range, which is well over $1k per night. Onsense water quality was excellent and almost made up for all others. Remember that one week before our trip to japo,we reserved this oneday trip. A lot less can be reserved for

This is a fantastic option for my fellow hakone onsen seekers! Hello to all those looking for an onyen in hakane, this review is for you! Before settling in Laforet, i took retrospective research into all the onses in this area before embarking on my journey. I spent two nights in the newly constructed avayanokan annex for $1000 aud on february 29th, 2024. Highlights include onsite hot spring water, freshly made rooms, spotless, and incredibly large. Free shuttle service to gora station Fantastic service from hotel employees 60000 yeng ($60 audin) Taxi to odawara stations reservation by hotel staff Interesting and delectable western and japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is relatively new. You can walk there from gongyuan shang station. There is no passage between the new building and the old one. Its best to stay outdoors for a while. Dinner is kaiseki, which is westernstyle.
