Hotel ini memberikan pelayanan yang sangat bagus dan komunikatif. Kamarnya hangat dan lokasi hotel strategis. Seharusnya diberikan bintang 6 untuk hotel ini.

The hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were kept immaculately and cleaned daily. Although they are fairly small, they provide nearly everything you need. There isnt a phone available to contact the staff at the hotel. It had idly tvs with the option to purchase movies. One drawback is that breakfast only runs until 9.30 am. Around 1-2 employees work at reception, but the personnel is friendly. Overall, despite the relatively tiny rooms, the motel is decent.

The staff were all very helpful and the facility itself was well maintained. The room was particularly large and had firstclass facilities. Buffet breakfast was quite weighed towards the japanese side but there were also other options. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

This hotel has the feel of a fivestar hotel. Everything was immaculate, the staff was friendly, and the location is ideal. The castle is only 5 minutes away on foot. Strongly advised.

We stayed here for one night and wished we could have remained longer. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff was great. Matsumoto turned out to be an interesting city with a good art museum and many food options.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff that is conveniently located near the castle and frog street. We had breakfast at the hotel which included a variety of hot japanese food as well as bread and cereal if you prefer softer westernstyle breakfast.
