The concept is quite advanced. In the room, you can choose a small magnetic sticker to notify the cleaning staff of deep cleaning, do not disturb, or simple cleaning. The service is excellent, transportation is convenient, exquisite, and clean. There is lison downstairs, as well as opulent coffee maker in the lobby.4,8/530 Apr 2024

I give this hotel a 5 out of 5. If you are traveling alone and have monetary means, i bet this will be the best option on your itinerary. The room was obviously very clean, all the staff were super kind, and you can get additional amenities including cleansing foam and cleansing oil - their amazing quality just blew my mind on the lobby floor. And its located near shinkansen station, so its perfect if you plan to use shikan or haruka. Also, they have lawson in the same building. Never hesitate to book this lovely hotel, there is no longer time to be on fence, just go for it!.4,6/530 Apr 2024

I am very happy i chose this location for my solo trip last month! Although the price is a bit high, it is worth the money because the rooms are extremely clean, welllit and modern. Its thoughtfully furnished so it doesnt feel cramped even though the room size is quite small, just the right size for lone stays tbh, more than that would be nauseous. My cabinsized luggage opened fine in the space, but anything larger like u. S.I. They provide pajamas that are also comfortable and fit well. I appreciated the lawson in building, its small but wellstocked with snacks and meals if you need some supper. Also, being close to the station shikansen gate makes it convenient to catch the early train. Despite its proximity to both the stations proximity, the place is quiet and you can get surprisingly good sleep. Even bringing large bags, there is also opulent lift at the exit of the terminal, making it simple to get there. Checkin and checkout were both very quick and convenient thanks to selfservice machines. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit.4,6/517 Jul 2023

This was the best of all the hotels i stayed at during my threeweek trip to japan. The room was small but welldesigned with lovely finishing touches. It felt a bit like deluxe cabin on savoy. Very close to the station, easy to find using application maps navigation and there is lisson which literally exits into the hotel lobby. Best of All they have complimentary beverage machine that provides hot tea and, more importantly, freshly ground coffee, 24 hours p. M. The hotel is located directly at the east exit of shino osaka. It takes about three minutes to walk there. Thats quite handy. I didnt have breakfast at this hotel. Perhaps i went to a store that they work with. We didn't eat there and wont be back. In fact, you can save money by booking reserving fewer rooms without breakfast.4,4/511 Feb 2023

The staff was still quick to greet me at the counter and process my checkin in less than 5 minutes. The lobby was small, but clean and neat with a seating area. There is also sytaya coffee machine with free coffee available. Although the room itself is small it has everything you need and has enough space to open your luggage fully. Toilet water pressure is strong and temperature control is responsive. Also, there is phdc hairdryer which i found to be very good and not too noisy. Pajamas were also provided. Bed itself was quite hard and the pillows were small. One pillow was hard while the other was softer. I didnt have the most comfortable sleep as ive got oppers that are more comfortable. A bedside light control can be used, which is very convenient. Curtains also did utmost blocking out the sun. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located 24 hours london, making it very handy.
