The staff was so nice and friendly and courteous. The location was very near to the train station and shopping district. The staff were so warm and friendly. We can find a comfortable room with a sofa and clean, the bathroom in a western style and also the comfy bed.

The hotel is located almost directly opposite Mito train station and is close to many restaurants and shopping. It was also a short walk to the old Samurai school which was interesting. The rooms are a little old, but the comfort level and cleanliness were good. The staff were very friendly and friendly even though their English was very limited. I will stay there again.

I stayed there with my boyfriend for one night and we had a good experience. Excellent service, good room with everything we needed including a big, comfortable bed and full bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good as it gave us the choice between an American or Japan breakfast. A american one includes eggs of your choice along with meat bacon or sausage, salad, juice, and croissants or toast.

The hotel is very well located near the main train station and offers a very comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful but not 100% English speaking. Breakfast is delicious but the options are a bit limited and during the longer stay it can be very repetitive. The pressure of water in the shower was absolutely great!.

I'd stay here again. We stayed in a king room for three nights. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was functional. Internet was fast and free. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western foods. No fresh fruit, but yoghurt was available. Overall, a pleasant experience. The major sites were within walking distance of the hotel.
