A well placed hotel for Tokyo Station, Kanda station and Otemachi metro system. Within a couple of minutes walk is a large area of restaurants. The hotel room was a good size and had all the amenities one would want.

Excellent service - there was a lot of traffic in the escelator, and One of the staff members arranged for the escelator to be empty so that i could use it. Now thats service. They Are also very flexible with luggage - safekeeping it Even though you have checked out!

The hotel was fine. The room was 20metres but still felt tight so don’t book anything smaller. Room servicing was nice. Breakfast was really average and couldn’t even get a cup of tea. Not sure why scrambled eggs need to contain gluten. The neighbourhood is full of cheap eats but nothing of any quality. Nice to be able to walk Aaron’s the imperial garden surround.

Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi was excellent, and one of the things we loved most about this hotel was its location. It is very convenient and close to several train stations, including Kanda Station and Otemachi Station, which made getting around Tokyo very easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast they offered was also very good, with a healthy selection of food served every morning. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the city. Another thing we really appreciated was the excellent amenities provided by the hotel. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests’ comfort. Most importantly, the staff were extremely polite, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

Amazing hotel in central area, with access to all of central Tokyo from Otemachi and kanda. Multilingual staff that were kind and attentive. Fresh breakfast in the morning and snacks through the late afternoon and evening. Room kept clean and decent space for a hotel room in Tokyo.

Hotel is a great option for a stay in Tokyo. The room was a decent size and well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Complimentary toiletries were a nice touch & handy for any forgotten items. The breakfast was plentiful & set us up well for the day. The highlight of this hotel is the staff - everyone we met was so lovely, friendly & welcoming. The service was superb!
