We stayed here as a family of 5 and had the standard room, which felt plenty spacious for a Japanese apartment. Everything was as mentioned in the booking and check-in was smooth. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The location was terrific! There is a supermarket across the road and several convenience stores nearby. The Metro stations were also close by, but we mostly used the Hatchobori station which seemed to be the most convenient for getting to major sites/ on to major lines. Would definately stay here again if visiting.

The hotel room itself and the location were perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the spacious room (especially compared with other Japanese hotels we have stayed in). Didn't use kitchen part much other than fridge but nice to have another sink. Liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. Also really like having the washing machine/ dryer.

This hotel was very convenient to the train stations, it was located in a quiet neighborhood, there was a small grocery across the street and a convenience store around the corner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment we had was extremely clean and everything seemed new or almost new. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visiting Tokyo.

We stayed here during the Tokyo Marathon and the week afterward. The location of the hotel was perfect - Ginza was a short walk, and there is a subway station within two minutes to reach anywhere else in the city (we took a lot of Uber/cabs, too). There is a grocery store across the street, so our fridge was always full and we had basic meals in the apartment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a great and affordable “home base” for an extended visit. The only challenge we ran into was that the elevator broke, which isn’t an issue itself (there are stairs), but they were trying to perform maintenance at 10pm and seemed surprised that we weren’t happy about banging and clanging in the garage below our room that late at night.

지하철이 가까워서 여기저기 이동하기에 편했고 숙소 근처 편의점이 종류별로 있어서 물건사기에 좋습니다. 숙소 내에는 필요한 물품이 다 있고 특히 세탁건조기가 정말 좋았습니다 (빨래가 쌓이지 않음) 번화가랑은 조금 거리가 있었지만 그 덕에 조용하고 편안하게 즐길 수 있었습니다

My stay was comfortable and clean with friendly staff. I love having a laundry machine, kitchen and dining space in my unit. It is located at a quiet and convenient location. It is near train stations, several convenient stores, grocery stores, great restaurants, the Tsujiki fish market, and Ginza shopping center. My family and I would stay at a Monday Apart hotel again.

Great stay and excellent customer service. I was blown away that one of the Staff was able to speak Vietnamese and assisted me with my enquires. Quiet and safe area and only less than a five minute walk to the local train station. Loved the laundry facilities! Looking forward to coming back here when I return from Osaka.
