Chambre spacieuse et propre, bien equipee. Le lave - séche linge en chambre etait un gros avantage. J' aurai juste apprécié avoir 4 chaises et du cafe /thé dans la chambre. La possibilité de laisser les valises etait aussi très commode. 500m de la gare ueno, les kombini a proximité.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made the experience even better. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities and a kitchen—it made our stay much more convenient, especially for a longer trip. The location was good and made it easy to get around and explore. The only minor downside was that space felt a bit limited at times, but it’s pretty normal for this type of accommodation. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

房內洗衣機有烘乾功能非常方便,亦有焗爐和微波爐可使用,各類餐具亦齊全,客房整潔,所以不錯缺點是4人房只有2張椅子,酒店附近沒有餐廳,要回到上野車站

Conveniently(~11min walk) to Ueno station to get around to all areas via Tokyo metro and JR lines. Lots of shopping and dining options in around the area. Room was spacious for our family of 5 with a dining and kitchenette fully equipped and an in-suite laundry machine.

It was great. Location was perfect, not too busy so our kiddo could decompress at the end of long days. Staff was very helpful and made arrangements to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto. Also called taxi for us on a couple occasions. And the space!! Much more space than a tiny hotel. Would definitely recommend.
