Monday was excellent if you want to try the apartment lifestyle. The station was nearby. Many restaurants are located on the same street. Lawson was right next door. The neighborhood was very quiet and it felt safe walking around at night. The staff was very friendly.

Top notch experience. Staff was friendly and available. Room was clean and had cooking facilities, pots, etc. Laundry machine available in-room. And the location is excellent, close to metro and train stops and walking distance to Ueno and Akihabara areas.

Room gave us plenty of space to spread out. The table was great to have multiple laptops out when we wanted to. Room was quiet despite being right above the train tracks, and it was fun to watch the trains.

Everything's clean and convenient to everything, either food, shopping, or transportation. It would be great if they will offer or have an option for room cleaning depends on what the guests wants without additional payment. Currently, the cleaning is only after couple of days, I think it was 3 days after check in.

Booked this hotel because we were staying in Tokyo for a week and wanted room to be able to open suitcases and move around in the room for that amount of time. It had a kitchenette, but we didn't use it. Ate out or grabbed food from Lawson that was close by. Liked having washer/dryer (one machine) in the room. We could turn it on and leave. Close to lots of public transit. Area was quiet, clean, safe, lots of restaurants, some shopping, close to attractions. 15 minutes walk to Ueno park to see cherry blossoms. Tokyo wasn't overly crowded considering it is busy tourist season. Staff were nice and helpful when needed. Booked taxis for us.

Un excellent point de chute pour découvrir Tokyo. Les appartements sont de très bonne taille pour 4, très bien équipés, impeccables et fonctionnels. Un vrai refuge le soir après une longue journée de marche. Le personnel est très disponible pour aider. Et enfin, le point majeur pour nous, un emplacement vraiment idéal, dans une rue commerçante et animée, avec de nombreux restaurants. A 5min à pieds de Okachimachi station, qui se trouve sur la Yamanote Line et donc permet de relier toute la ville hyper facilement. A 5min aussi du quartier d Akihabara, incontournable. La proximité avec la ligne de métro n est pas un problème, au contraire.

Central location, across from train station yet the noise was minimal, great for families - full kitchen, washer/dryer. Room was clean, check in was efficient, price is higher than other rooms, however, exceeded our families needs (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 child).

The room was comfortable and in a great location. Definitely recommend for a family. We loved coming back to the hotel each night. It was nice to be able to do laundry and have a kitchen.

The rooms are a bit smaller than they look in the pictures, but still good size. Five of us (three adults, two kids) in there was a bit cramped with all our luggage, but we still managed. Having a kitchenette was very convenient. The train is close by, but not too noisy and stopped running from midnight to 6am, so not too disruptive. Overall, well worth it.
