①Accommodation agreement
There is a link to the accommodation agreement in the message sent after the reservation is confirmed. Please be sure to read it, and if you do not agree with the contents, please contact the facility directly.

②Guest list
You can enter the room non-face-to-face. Only those who have completed the submission of all guests in Article 6 of the Inns and Hotels Act "Guest list" will be sent a guide to enter the room. *If you are a foreign national who does not reside in Japan, please be sure to send a copy of your passport via message thread. All guests ones needed. Those who refuse to submit documents such as the name list and passport copy will not be able to enter the room, but due to the cancellation policy, we will not refund any accommodation fees, so please be sure to check the above before making a reservation.

③Others
・If you use the plates or dishes, please wash, dry and put them back.
・Take off your shoes at entrance.
・Don't make noise after 9pm to 8 am.
・Don't smoke in the room.
・Don't enter except reserved number of people.
・Please turn off the air-conditioner when you are not using it.
・Please be sure to let us know if there is any damage or dirt on the premises or in the room. An on-site inspection may be required. Depending on the content, you may be charged for restoration costs and business compensation costs.
In addition, in the case of vomiting and excretion other than the toilet, disinfection costs will be charged in addition to the current situation restoration costs and business compensation costs.
