ホテル内駐車場が利用でき便利で良かった。 繁華街に近く飲食店が沢山あり食事に困らなかった。 スタッフの対応も良かった。 残念だったのが、ベッドのスプリングの音が気になりました。

こちらはバスセンターや熊本城ホールからも近く、コンサートや遠出の際に利用させていただいています。今回は、トリプルルームを利用しました。私と母と息子で泊まる予定でしたが、母が帰らなければならなくなったので、2人で泊まりました。 街の中心部ですが、静かですし、スタッフの皆さんも親切です。 外は、すこし古臭いように見えますが、全然そのようなことは有りません。 朝食は、シェフの手作り感はなかったが、ごく普通なおいしい朝食だった。

朝食付きで予約しましたが、翌日の予定で朝食なしに変更してもらいました。また、ホテル周辺の案内をしてもらいましたが、その時のスタッフの対応が大変良かったです。

こちらのホテルを選んだ理由は、桜町バスターミナルからとても近かったからです。徒歩5分もかからない距離で、アクセスがとても便利でした。最寄り駅の熊本市電「辛島町」からもすぐなので、移動には困りません。 アメニティもひと通り揃っていたので、持ち物を減らして身軽に旅行できたのも嬉しいポイントでした。立地も良く、快適に過ごせるホテルです。
