I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip to Japan. The hotel is close to the railway station and can be reached quickly in Kyoto or Osaka. The rooms are quite compact and furnished with all of the essential amenities. The rooms have great internet connection. The breakfast buffet is made of Japanese continental cuisine. For supper, the hotel served a set menu of distinctive Japanese cuisine, but on request they had arranged chicken for me both days, which was not on the menu. As with all other hotels in Japan, at the very least, I stayed, there is no free water available. I was advised to purchase water from a family mart down the line because the room refrigerator has a price. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Overall, this is a good hotel if you need to stay away from osaka or kyoto for business purposes.

It's a beautiful location, with good weather and a neon department store. Very good location! The hotel has all the convenience and facilities. The price was reasonable with breakfast included. We get some souvenirs.

Ill stay there again soon. Courteous latenight checking with a good level of English. Spacious, attractive, and functional room in line with provincial Japan hotel expectations. A bit noisy on the lower floor and still using a real retro room key but I know this hotel is in the process of renovation. Good simple breakfast, good location. The restaurant on the top floor has stunning views and delicious food. I typically avoid hotel restaurants, but this restaurant is excellent and the chef takes great pride and is friendly.

We visited Shiva, Omihachiman, for just 2 days, and enjoy staying at this hotel. Great location, with a delicious breakfast on the last floor, with a lovely view. About breakfast, some food was of poor quality, some bacon the first day and some ham the second day were rotten, very bad, be careful for the rest was very tasty. A pleasant surprise, it was an Italian employee who was very competent in English and customer service. We tried the Teppanyaki restaurant, which was delicious, but the staff was too busy, so we didn't enjoy our own lunch time. The room was very clean and a nice size, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower bath. Happy to return.
