Friendly atmosphere, clean, tidy and comfortable. Keeper is nice and helpful. Check-in check-out is easy. Location is reasonably close to the station. Free lift to Hirafu ski arena every morning.

Perfect. The welcoming, the warmth, the other people hosted there, the dedication of Ryo-san. Honestly perfect. Will come back there 100% Better experience than hotels priced 10 times than this.

First time to visit hokkaido and kutchan/niseko on a solo trip and highly recommend this place. Walking distance from the JR station, very clean, organized space, capsules are also longer and more spacious than average. Owner Ryo-san offers free shuttle to niseko and/or station in the morning, also picks up from the station 3pm if you request beforehand. There is also a supermarket nearby that has everything you need for food ajd essentials. Thank you Ryo-san for a great stay. See you again

If you want to snowboard in the area, this is a 5-night stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in a shared room with a shared kitchen. The owner named ryo was very helpful and willing to assist with any requirement, including transportation us to the ski slopes each day and to the railway station on our departure. Ryo really made our stay memorable and is an excellent host.

When I came here for the third time, I felt at home outside of home, especially as it is a clean, quiet traditional Japanese house that is easily accessible from the kitchen or train station. I have made many friends, met other people with similar interests, and had many delicious communal meals while I was there. The most amazing host I could have ever found, Ryo. I will come back, as always.

I stayed for 2 nights with the intention of climbing this hotel, a volcano that dominates the entire region in its lovely conical shape. The hostel was the perfect combination of cleanliness and warmth. The atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. The service was excellent and far superior to what you would expect from a hostel. At breakfast, I was given a free shuttle ride. The owner took me to the trailhead in the morning, and the trip started after that.

I've been here three times already, and each time this year, I feel better. Ryo invited different friends to the hostel, which made the atmosphere more pleasant and familiar. Ryo is very friendly and helpful.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I'm very grateful for the hospitality and cleanliness of the location. During the busy new years season, I spent a few nights alone at ryos house. The setting is tidy and wellkept. Everything is well thoughtout. It is cozy and practical thanks to the decent beds and functional storage shelves, power outlets, and lockers. The lower bunk has curtains. But keep in mind that if you dont like that sort of thing, the upper bunks are somewhat tall and intimidating. The restrooms and showers are spotless and neatly set out with sinks, urinals, showers, and lots of space. All day, the lounge area was a wonderful place to chat with and note other visitors. There are free supplies available and the kitchen is fully furnished. Ryo was fantastic when it came to transportation and convenience. He will pick you up and drop you off at the station after entering and departing. Every morning at 8 and 9 there is a shuttle to Hikaru, the bus beats the crowds and is right next to the ski rental, so you can drop your shoes off instead of carrying them around. Be aware though, youll need to take a bus back, which costs 620 yen and is excellent at the start. There is a coop supermarket nearby that is conveniently located and has everything you could possibly need,
