This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in japan! The service was excellent, they were all so kind and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and always very clean. They offered a cleaning service every day which was amazing. It was in t he best location, very close to everything and was 10/10 overall. Their services were very good, free icypole, yakult and free drinks every days! And the natural hot springs were so nice! Will definitely be back next time!.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in japan! The service was excellent, they were all so kind and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and always very clean. They offered a cleaning service every day which was amazing. It was in t he best location, very close to everything and was 10/10 overall. Their services were very good, free icypole, yakult and free drinks every days! And the natural hot springs were so nice! Will definitely be back next time!.

This place is truly remarkable, situated just a short 10minute stroll away from the typical center and all the best restaurants. I would like to highlight the baths, which are truly amazing. The sauna, both indoor and outdoor portion of the hot bath offers dazzling views of illuminated city at night, including the train ballet. Although the hotels photographs fall far short of reality, the interior design exudes elegance and tranquility. Additionally, there are unlimited complimentary beverages and ice cream available!.

The distance from the station is 5 minutes by foot from this simple hot spring hotel. In the winter, soaking in the hotsprings while gazing out over the sparkling mountains adds a distinctive flavor. The breakfast is also excellent. Matsumoto castle is about ten minutes walk away.

This place is quite popular with backpackers. What a wonderful little hot spring hotel. It is conveniently located near the train station, and close to the bar and restaurant areas. Additionally, it is close by sands and taverns. Since the hotel is entirely tarami, you must remove your shoes and place them in the shoe locker before entering. They even clean your luggage rollers to avoid spoiling the terrarium floor. Although not large, the room is very cozy. The hotels onsen is the highlight because it sits on the roof and offers sweeping views of the northern Alps for guests to enjoy. After that, there is free ice cream available. Also, they provide complimentary ramen every night!.

The room is not large, but it is welldesigned with space for your luggage. Good location quiet free ramen in the evenings. Extremely clean japanesestyle hotel. Shoes must be removed and stored in a locker before entering the hotel floor. They even clean the wheels of your suitcases as well.

The rooms are a bit small, but thats true of every hotel in japan. We had to remove our shoes before entering the lobby. Our shoes can be stored in lockers. It was the best hotel we stayed at. The onsen was really nice and clean. Everything was great.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel is very clean with no shoes policy. We enjoy onsen sessions both hot and cold baths, unlimited free drinks, ice cream and ramen! The quality of the free items is also very good. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Because of this stay, we will look out for onyado nono and dormy inn brand hotels in the future.

The place is very good. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They are very helpful and friendly. I stayed here for 2 nights. We were staying in a room with tv, sat on the first floor and had kingsize bed. There is en suite bathroom. It is spacious and comfortable. Very clean.
