The hotel is in a very handy position. Walking to scenic locations, such as the tourist boat on lake kawaguchi and the Tenjo mountain cable car station, takes around 10 to 15 minutes. The hotels location is excellent. Although you can see the telephone poles from the rooms that face mount fuji, they are not visible from there. When taking pictures of the room, you cannot avoid the phone pole because it is not viewed from either side. It is also not both if the view of mount Fuji and tahoe. However, i believe the price is indeed quite high. Overall satisfied.

I have mixed emotions because this is my first time staying in a hotel in the fuji area, and maybe i shouldnt expect too much since it is too far from upscale retail or tourist attractions. I know booking s o hotels with nice fujuan views is difficult, especially during the red leaves season, so ive done it 9 months in advance. My room has an inroom onsen, which is very expensive, based on my experience that it was 3 times more expensive than other rooms, including without dinner. Even welcome drink and snacks you must go pick up at the common area yourself. Breakfast is merely reeked of luxury brands of shower and skincare products (pola) and the shower head is refa. Onsenses are fine, but there are only 3 public ones, 2 indoors and 1 outdoor. In conclusion, its if you can book onsite, it will be ok.

The front desk personnel were fluent in english, making communication smooth. You can visit the information center after arriving at kawaguchiko station and request that the staff contact the oike hotel to arrange for a vehicle pickup to be picked up from there. Mount fuji is clearly visible from the room.

The location is close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. They have tv facilities, i can see the beautiful scenery of the lake. I also like the atmosphere of this hotel which is so quiet and comfortable.

We booked a room with mt. Fuji view, but as you may know, despite the fact that mount fuji is solitary, we were unable to see it. However, in case we did, there would likely be an additional charge for the view in the room, so i wouldnt recommend paying more for this view. The welcome drinks are nonalcoholic, one of the downstairs onsens is really nice, the other is fine, however they frequently switch the male and female guests, making us enjoy both. You can be very comfortable walking around the hotel because of how wellkept the rooms are. Our room was shining, and the cleaners did incredibly well! It was primarily based on the staffs proficiency in english, which contributed to ensuring utmost convenience for guests. I only wish the quality of shampoos, body lotions or towels, etc. could be improved.

Just spent two wonderful nights here. I stayed in a traditional japanese room. Clean and spacious. Yes, i agree with other reviewers that the rooms are dated, but ive come here for the view and the onsens. The view from our fourthfloor room was first rate, and there were excellent onses. A couple were tastier for me, however, there are others to go in. Both the beds and staff were very comfortable. Excellent location for earlymorning walks and access to the lake. Im so happy he chose this hotel and ill definitely return.

The hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere both inside and out. The service staff members are exceptionally kind and friendly. With sweeping views of mt. Muji, the room is wellmaintained and serene. Additionally, guests can enjoy an openair bath.

The room is really large! Its not comparable to those in tokyo, but it is quite inconvenient to have no outlets by the bed, so i have to go to the tatami to charge. The service attitude is excellent. There is a shuttle bus to lake kawaguchi at the hotel. I initially assumed it would take some time to get there, however it turned out that it wasnt. You simply tell him and you can pick him up right away. But only from 2.30 pm to 7 pm. On the first floor, there is an infant and maternal room with vending machines and he has naive shops selling souvenirs. A smoking room, mr. Microwave, and washing machine are also present. It is very userfriendly. Dinner is served in kaiseki cuisine, which ill not eat often, as well as dozens of options for breakfast. Very pleased with this trip. The room is clean, spacious and welldesigned. The staff is polite. View of the hotel is very good, we can clearly see mount fuji. This hotel provides a good experience for our family.

The hotel is immaculate and the staff is friendly, but there is no service from china. The breakfast buffet is quite generous. There is a little space in the hot spring pool. Its in incredibly good condition to see mount fuji. Five stars are given for the recommendation. Ill just focus on the pictures, so ill leave them blank.

The hotel provides excellent service. I requested the service center to call for a hotel pickup and dropoff service at kawaguchiko station. The car arrived in about 15 minutes. And during our entire stay, we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel. We were always accommodating and responsive to our requests! After finishing dinner at this restaurant and leaving alone, the staff would chase us out to remind us that we still had desserts to taste, which was very heartwarming. Without invitation, they would call the room in the morning to tell us to have breakfast because they were afraid we wouldnt be able to get up, it was comforting when they saw us leave. It was also very courteous when the hotels car saw me leaving and came out and waved to see us off. In terms of amenities, there is sadly dated and unclean. Our quilt had stains, and there was hair on the back of the bed in an antique cabinet from another person. Both the mattress and the pillows were firm, making it uncomfortable. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, both of which are excellent. Dinner is shabu, no choice, its not kaiseki cuisine, perhaps the options are assigned based on your room level. Shabu is quite tasty in 90 minutes with pork and beef, but the taste is not bad. If you have luggage or are having trouble walking, getting there on foot is undoubtedly not an

Very clean and you can see mount fuji from the room. But it is also fun to eat out without being contacted in time for dinner reservations. I enjoyed these quiet moments and at least had a good nights sleep.

The rooms are lovely, cozy, and roomy in japan. You can wear traditional clothing at the hotel with everyone. And the best breakfast ive ever had in Japan, with a wide variety of options and each one is delicious. On the first floor, you can enjoy free sweets and drinks every day between 15.00 and 19.00. The hotel is kidfriendly and has idly named yukata next to the lobby.

The expectation was not met when compared to the amount we paid ($700 usd). For four people, the room is small. We could see mt fuj on the fourth floor. Bathroom is very small and the included meal was just ordinary shabu. Meat and vegetables. Even for a fruit juice, drinks are charged. However, both indoors and outdoor onsen was good. The view of mount fujujuana from the fifthfloor indoor one was excellent.

Id like to commend one of your employees for a job well done. We were lost searching for hotel parking. He ran over to us, pointed us to the parking lot, and offered to carry our luggage. After supper, we enjoyed ourselves in the indoor onsen.
