Clean room, great service, good location near life and main street but still quiet. We love that it has small kitchen but well equipped.

Excellent location in a charming, peaceful, yet wellconnected area of kyoto, with lovely cafes, convenience stores, unique shops, and pharmacies all within a short distance. The room was incredibly clean and unexpectedly spacious, with a boothlike seating area and a kitchenette equipped with an electric cooktop, some pots and pans, utensils, and a sink with a sponge and dish soap! If you speak english, the staff is mostly international and fluent in english. The absence of pillows was so flat that they were like an empty piece of cloth. We requested more pillows because one per person was insufficient, but the staff said they couldnt offer more and instead offered us more towels to help support the pillows. I appreciate the effort, but the solution was still very uncomfortable for me. Please improve your pillows! Or provide more amenities for your visitors. The only negative aspect of an otherwise positive experience was this.

I would recommend it if you have the money. Excellent welcome. Nice personnel. You can store your bags in a separate room if you arrive before checkin, and they offer locks. The rooms are immaculate, and for only Y 300, you can rent washing machines and dryers on each floor.

I really enjoyed this place. Its simple, clean, and nice. The only odd thing is they give you coffee but no creamers. Youll like this one, it has the best toilet paper ever.

This is a boutique hotel with selfcatering rooms in a good location and very reasonably priced. The rooms are modern but traditional and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The reception staff are very helpful but only available from 2 to 11 pm.

Stayed here in late may and it was a great choice for the price. The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. The location is close to the bus stop to go sightseeing but it is a bit far 10 minutes walk to the subway with luggage.

The staff was very helpful and spoke english very well. The suite was perfect for 4 people. Everything was clean. Great space, especially in comparison to the small hotel rooms in japan. The location was also good.

We had a great time at this hotel during our trip to kyoto! The hotel was immaculate, the staff was polite, and i was impressed by the design of the rooms, as well as the bathroom and shower areas.

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful architecture combining japanese and modern styles. The rooms are new and clean. Quality materials are used and clean. Cleaning, towel change and water supply are not provided during your stay. But friendly staff always welcome you nicely.

Saya menginap dengan seorang teman dan ini adalah hotel bergaya! Ini memiliki nuansa Kyoto. Setiap kamar memiliki peralatan makan dan panci, serta dapur. Sangat menyenangkan duduk di depan TV layar lebar dan makan bersama teman-teman! Ada supermarket di dekatnya, jadi berbelanja tidak menjadi masalah.

We had a very comfortable stay and cant wait to return! We had never been to kyoto before, and we are so happy we chose to stay here! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient.

The rooms are new, modern and tidy. The japanese king suite comfortably accommodated 5 people for 3 nights. Excellent service and a great location.

We had a great time here. For our family of 5, it was quite quiet and roomy. The hotel was contemporary and uptodate, and the room was tidy. The fact that there was a free laundry facility down the hall was a nice feature. It was pleasant to sit and drink wine in our room, which had a small balcony. Because restaurants, a family mart, a less than 3minute walk to the bus stop, and a 710 minute walk to the train station were all within walking distance, i thought the location was ideal. The receptionist was welcoming and kind when we checked in. She provided us with a map and directions to the hotel. The actual hotel is not in a different location from the reception desk. The fact that there were no additional pillows and that the mattresses were extremely firm was the only thing my family and i didnt like. But overall, a very excellent hotel. I would suggest and return.

This place is ideal for gathering and taking photos because of its stunning exterior and exquisite wall patterns. Large rooms, despite being so close to the city center, they are not cramped.

Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 500
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 50.000 atau lebih: JPY 1.000

【Pajak akomodasi mulai 01 Maret 2026 dan seterusnya】
Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 6.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 6.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 400
Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 1.000
Untuk tarif kamar dari JPY 50.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 100.000: JPY 4.000
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 100.000 atau lebih: JPY 10.000
