This was the best hotel we were on our trip. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with a wide variety. We stayed in a room with a private hot spring that was big enough for 3 adults and the hot spring water even coming out of the shower head was a huge plus. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

At first glance the hotel looks strange, but our stay there was very comfortable and comfortable. We booked a canal view room which has a cute little balcony and a hanging birdcage seat. The room is beautifully decorated like someones home. The staff were very friendly and the check-in process was very efficient. Parking costs 500 yen for the stay. Otaku Canal is within walking distance. Breakfast is great with a wide Japanese and Western selection with freshly baked bread. We would highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and value for money.

I can say that the place is very good, especially the location that is close to the train station. They served a delicious breakfast. The room was also nice. The price is also quite affordable during the winter season. I will stay here again if I go back to Hokkaido.

Very well maintained exterior that you can walk past without realizing it is there. We had a nice, large room with a great view of the harbor. See a cruise ship come in. Booking private time early was fantastic. Sure it was hot, but that's all.

This hotel is highly recommended if you want to experience a high-class Roman with western conveniences like western beds, however the special suites also have a Japanese style room and are willing to pay for the experience. When we booked the special suite, we were given an early and complete kiseki 8-course dinner, so it was expensive but well worth it. The staff was amazing, the suite was lovely with a nice view and the starting time was hot as it should be. We are very picky eaters, but the staff made an effort to accommodate our taste while still offering us a high-end elaborate japanese dining experience.
