This hotel is across the street from an entrance to ueno kesei station, which connects to ameyoko and numerous other subways and metros. Ameiko market is a block away. The location is unbeatable. It was simply so simple to get anywhere. There is no need to understate how good the hotel itself is. Everything that any other business hotel offers is offered by it. They served tastiest free breakfast. For tokyo, the room is of decent size. Very helpful staff. I made my reservation through reputable thirdparty website, and everything went smoothly.

Overall, the location is decent. I travel alone. The single rooms have the impression that they are actually single accommodations, which is something i enjoy about them. There is plenty of room for me to move around the room and the bed is a cozy 1.2 m wide. Although the interior is somewhat antiquated, it is clean. Shower or shampoo are provided. It was quite bothersome that the hot water varied on my first visit between cold and hot. This could be hitormiss on reentry in san francisco on another visit in an alternate room. On my second visit, ill spend one night there for nrt flight at 9 oclock the following day. Because the hotel is located right outside Keisei-ueno station, this location makes it ideal for this. Since ive had gotten progressively delayed flight on his second trip at 5 p. M., leaving the luggage on the last day was convenient. Jr. Uennos is also only ten minutes walk away. You must notify the front desk if you intend to stay out late because the reception desk and front door close at 2359 hrs until 6 00 h the next day, so you must inform the staff. No key or keycards are required for checkout, as this also means that no concierge interaction is required during checkout, making it easier to catch the very early Skyliner

Excellent position, just outside this exit. However, it is quite difficult to find because it has been hidden and the service is subpar. Good value for money and a good place to stay for one night. Breakfast is not served starting at 7 oclock if you check out before 6 p. M.

The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the service is outstanding! I would definitely return to stay here! Its really convenient that this is directly across from the airports keisei skyliner station. It is conveniently located just across the entrance of ueno park and only a short distance from both the ameyoko shopping district and uteihatra station in the vicinity. Akihabara is 1 km away, asakusa is 2 km distant. The best thing i love about this place is that for the money, rooms are larger than your typical japanese hotel room and beds are huge. Our two double beds combined are bigger than kingsize beds. I also like the complimentary breakfast with rice curry and noodles! Our fiveday stay was very comfortable and practical. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is done daily, fresh towels and bed linen are provided on tshirts and sheets are given every day.

I would be delighted to stay there again if i returned! Id have given it five stars, but a lot of the missing stars are due to the hotels outdated appearance. Having said that, the location is fantastic! It was close to all the stations and just smack dab from the narita skyliner station. There are so many restaurants in the area, and the rooms are larger than most budget hotels in tokyo. The hotel is immaculate, has incredibly comfortable beds, etc. Wifi worked well as well. Additionally, they are amazingly courteous, helpful, kind, friendly, or polite. My favorite part about the hotel was the Japanese breakfast they served. Even though ive been there for three nights and my food was identical every day, despite the fact that ill still love it!.

I reserved a deluxe double room. Although the hotel and the room are quite old overall, they offer incredibly beautiful views of ueno park. The breakfast provided is simple.

A great deal on a hotel in tokyo! Perfect location, just outside the ueno skyliner station, so getting from and to the airport is easy. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, utenji park is right behind the hotel, as well as ukeni jr and subway stations. Ameyoko market, where i discovered cheap luggage, is only ten minutes away. The staff was courteous even with little english. Single economy rooms are quite spacious, with plenty of space for your bags, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, room slippers, hair dryer, water, tea, heater, towels, sleeping clothes, etc. They also serve breakfast, which is adequate for you to start your day with rice, eggs, bread, salads, beverages, desserts. On the day of checkout, you can leave your luggage there. My rooms window is the only minor drawback ive ever heard of.
