We stayed in a triple room on the 26th floor on our last leg of our trip to japan. We didnt try their breakfast though. Pros include a triple bed, a firm and soft pillow for each bed, a view of tokyo tower and mount fuji, full amenities in the room, slippers, gowns, hair dryer, fridge, etc., a good water pressure in the shower, blocking out blinds, a tv with youtube and Netflix, a 24hour reception, an airport limousine stops right at the hotel entrance, and a taxi rank is available right outside the hotel from 7.00 to 22.00. There are many restaurants close to shimbashi station. There are many signs that the main entrance to the building is on the 25th floor, so it appears to be very quiet and not obvious as a hotel entrance, but it is clear. We actually booked this hotel last minute due to a processing error on another booking, and we were happy with our stay and the friendly service. I would stay again and recommend this hotel.

I really recommend this place. The facilities and service are excellent. There is nothing wrong with this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again with the kids. The rooms are well maintained and the housekeeping is excellent. Thank you.

The reception is impressive, and the views of tokyo are breathtaking. The facilities are clean and of high quality. The room was small but welldesigned, so i didnt feel constrained. Daily water in metal bottles was a big plus.

Pemandangan Tokyo yang luar biasa! Kita bisa melihat Menara Tokyo dan Gunung Fuji dari lobi dan kamar kami! Pelayanannya luar biasa, sangat bagus! Makan siang sudah termasuk dalam kamar dan Anda dapat menemukan hidangan khas Jepang di sana. Dia juga menawarkan layanan hebat (mereka membantu saya menemukan taksi dan meminjamkan saya payung).

Kami adalah tamu ketiga di Hotel Park di Tokyo pada akhir Maret 2024 dan pasti akan kembali ke sini. Selain lokasinya yang nyaman, pemandangan yang spektakuler, bahkan dari kamar, kami menghargai layanan sopan, selalu membantu dan juga dua restoran, terutama Hanasanshou, di mana kami dapat mencicipi masakan Jepang yang sangat enak beberapa kali. Berbeda dengan banyak tamu lainnya, kami sangat terbuka terhadap masakan Jepang. Bahkan saat sarapan, di mana versi Amerika atau Barat tampaknya lebih sering diminta daripada versi Jepang yang lebih bervariasi dan menarik. Pilihan sarapan cukup mudah diatur, tetapi agak berubah dari hari ke hari. Jika kamar normal terlalu kecil untuk menginap lebih lama, Kamar Artists King adalah alternatif yang luas. I will definitely go back the next time i visit to tokyo. An epic location with fantastic art themes all over the floors, and of course, breathtaking views! I dont particularly enjoy breakfast, but im not an adventurous eater, so thats probably my fault. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a great time staying here and the hotel is definitely a great choice. Excellent hotel, great location, and excellent service! We stayed here for four nights and had a great time. First, some drawbacks must be mentioned that the hotel room has a somewhat retro 90s feel to it. And it shows it is oldthe desk and chair may not be the newest, the room control modules (light switches, radio control, etc.) have a 90s feel, and the toilet fixtures arent the most modern design. The hotel is connected to nearby metro and jr stations via underground passage, you descend to the B 2 level from the elevator. The underground passage is something to explore, connecting you to many shopping districts, restaurants, and stores that lead to shimbashi and shiodome stations. Ginza, oedo, and asakusa jr lines are accessible within a 3-7 minute walk. The airport limousine bus stops three times a day at the front gate and will take you to haneda and narita airport. The hotel is actually in an excellent position, it just doesnt appear that way on the map. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well. The front desk staff were all friendly every time we interacted. We had our room cleaned daily, the room was cleaned properly, restocked, and refilled without any issues. Each floor has its own unique art theme and is worth exploring.

Overall, i would strongly recommend it. This hotel is excellent for the price. The location is excellent, its close to a variety of transportation options once you understand how to use them all, the excellent service, and the rooms are excellent. You can enjoy a stunning view of the Tokyo skyline and the Tokyo tower if you only spend a little bit more. There is no bar, but there is a free tea and coffee, as well as a fun automatic beer pouring machine. If youre reading this and money is no object, my good friend stayed at the aman hotel. Its sublime, but you need very large funds.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are great. Our room also had an air purifier and humidifier. I was a little worried the bathroom didnt have a standup shower, but the bath tub has a shower at about 6 feet.

Last week, we spent three nights here. Our monthlong trip to japan would be wonderful starting there. The personnel was really kind and helpful. The accommodations were lovely and spotless. We were not dissatisfied when we paid extra for a room with a view of mount fuji and the tokyo tower. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The location was excellent, and the artwork was really cool. We would return because it was pricey but well worth it.

Excellent service and location, the park hotel tokyo is a great place to stay! Convenient access to metro stations and a family store on the basement floor that is easily accessible. Every employee we encountered was very courteous, ready to assist, and able to communicate with us in english. We had questions about local activities and transportation to the airport and the staff was very helpful and communicative in sharing solutions with us. The free beverage station in the lobby was a great bonus we looked forward to at the start and end of each day exploring tokyo.

Overall, a fantastic stay! The experience of staying at a hotel with art exhibits in the corridors and lobby was a unique experience. I stayed in a single artist room and loved the art on the walls. Everyone was friendly, and it took 5-10 minutes to walk to different subway stations.

I would absolutely recommend staying there. I recently returned from my first trip to japan, traveling from kyoto, osaka, and finally to tokyo, where we stayed at this hotel. This was unquestionably one of our favorite locations throughout our trip. We had a group of three, and the threebedroom suite was spacious. The views from the room, as well as the lobby, were breathtaking. The hotels atmosphere is very laidback, and the staff there was outstanding. Many of the major attractions in tokyo, including shinjuku, shibuya, akihabara, etc., are also conveniently accessible by train. The sky bridge walkway is also incredibly convenient to use for getting to those train stations.

Saya terkejut dengan interior hotel yang didekorasi seperti galeri seni atau museum. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. For some travelers, it will feel like luxury because many japanese hotels are small. But i dont mind smaller rooms. We had an absolutely stunning view of the tokyo tower from our corner window. Staff cleaned consistently and always made sure our room was tidy and organized. I didnt try the onsen or pool because i have tattoos and saw mixed reviews. Our room had a large bathtub and shower. We also didnt have the opportunity to eat dinner because it requires reservations, which we didnt realize. If you want to eat their food, make a reservation right away as many restaurants like the sushi restaurant fill up for multiple days at a time. However, on the day of checkout, we did eat the breakfast on the top floor. The food was delicious, but you mostly pay for the view. I dont like buffet eating, though, as i often do not eat what i pay for. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shrine nearby, and the train station is about a 3-5minute walk away. It looked and felt a bit more european ritzy than my tastes, but i dont think that warrants a negative review, especially for such accommodating staff. However, i dont think it was totally worth the price i paid, compared to what i was looking for. Maybe thats more important to me than the hotel.
