Newer hotel, nicely appointed. Easy access to subway entrance. Nearby grocery/drug stores would recommend Fresco as they have best prices and best selection. Arrived before check-in. They stored our luggage for us. When we got back from exploring the city, our bags were already in our room. Very modern Panasonic washer/dryer combo in room. Detergent provided. Decent sized fridge and freezer. Two separate toilet areas for our room which had two double beds and two twin sofas. The separate toilet rooms were extremely beneficial with six adults. Was slightly crowded overall for us, but we made it work. Check out was easy. They were able to arrange shipment of our larger luggage to Tokyo/Chiba next day. Free morning shuttle to the Golden Temple, so you can avoid crowded buses.Needs to be reserved a day prior. Will need to ride the city bus back which were now less crowded. Again they stored our luggage that we did not ship and we picked it up early afternoon when we got back. 100% would stay there again and would recommend them to anyone.

We booked the Superior Room and it lived up to its name. Very spacious, very clean, well ventilated and full of in room amenities like kitchen sink, drawers with plates/cups/utensils, fridge, kettle, microwave and washer/dryer. Two fairly large beds (double mattress by Canadian standards?) and a sofa bed with coffee table. The toilet room is separate from the vanity/shower room which is convenient for multiple people needing to use the bathroom at once. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was the best of all of the hotels we’ve stayed at during our stay in Japan. The water pressure in the room was excellent and there were no drainage issues or smells. 10/10 would recommend!

Plenty of room for my family's stay. They have a baby crib for rental if needed. Washer/dryer machine combo was convenient to use. Front desk staff were helpful and spoke English. Clean and would stay again! Bed was comfortable.

This was an amazing location. Super close to transit making it easy to get anywhere. Laundry was directly in the room so great for us midway through the trip. Room was spacious, had AC and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful as well and allowed for luggage storage.

We stayed a month accross japan and this hotel was by far the best we stayed at. The room was super spacious, bathroom was super modern and the laundry machine was of big help. The staff was very kind and helped us with anything we needed. Would come back again!!
