5 star hotel with 1 star service. There are no humans at this hotel, you check in using an iPad and they are extremely inflexible and unhelpful for things like dropping bags off so you can go and enjoy the day in Hakone. Aside from the service and terrible check in process the hotel was fantastic with unbelievable views and a great onsen in the room.

On a 5 star scale this apartment was a 10. Pinnacle of luxury with a true lake-front onsen and sauna, incredible views. They had thought of everything that we might need, including drinks and snacks. What an amazing property. Would love to stay here again and 100% highly recommend!

The property was quiet and peaceful. We love the private onsen with the open windows facing the garden. The facility had everything you need as a home and complementary drinks and snacks were loaded. However, we couldn't pre-checkin on our phone and it was slow when we check-in on the tab in the room. The 7-eleven next door was convenient and there were lots of shops around the area, but they do seem to close early. There were great scenic spots close by. Overall, this is such a beautiful hotel.

Super Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Ashi-See sowie den Fuji. Eigenes Onsen im Appartment. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, inkl. Nespressomaschine für den morgendlichen Kaffee. Sehr zentral in Motohakone gelegen, 7eleven in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie weitere Bäckereien und Restaurants fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft an sich ist von Odawara oder Hakone-Yumoto mit dem Bus in unter einer Stunde gut zu erreichen. Checkt unbedingt euren Email Spamordner vor dem Check in! Hier findet ihr eine Email der Unterkunft mit allen wichtigen Informationen zum Check in, sodass dieser dann reibungslos erfolgen kann.

A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm.

Clean and amazing views. They have drinks and snacks there for you which is great. Check in was fine but had to call a few times to get through to verify my ID (there’s no staff on site, so virtual check in with codes to access the room). Great location and would definitely recommend. You are paying a premium in April for the views but as a special treat it’s so worth it. We sat in the private onsen and sauna for hours!

Appart hôtel super ! Vue magnifique sur mon Fuji et le tori !calme ultra moderne et pratique pour attraction Hakone et grand seven eleven a 50 mètres avec beaucoup de choix(tous les restaurants ferment à 15-16 heures !pratique depuis odawara !direct a 1 min du bus

Clean, convenient location to boat cruise and bus top, with immediate walk / view of the lake! Lovely personal hot tub. Make sure you are okay with either a bit of travel or pre ordering dinner though! Only one restaurant in town open for dinner in the area

Genuinely one of my favorite stays. The view was incredible. The morning of our stay, we wake up walk out to the slider and have an amazing view of a calm lake with mt Fuji in the background. The appliances and projector were of great quality, and the private onsen/sauna combo was perfect. Would stay again next time we are in tokyo.
