I wrote this review in bed on my last night here. I honestly dont know why there are negative reviews that left us apprehensive before coming here. First off, we got a family suite with a green little grass / carpet area for reference. The room is huge. Three double beds. We made a padded area in the green pit using duvets for our one year old child to sleep and play in. No complaints. Second, the facilities in the room are great. The shower is hot and powerful. Kitchen is what we needed with a young child. The microwave oven is new and great. The fridge freezer is great and spacious. The bathtub was helpful to bathe our son. The staff were great, Michelle who helped clean our room was very helpful! The main advantage is the location. This is a gaming district and yes there are some adult video stores nearby but its no worse than what you see in any city center. Its actually quite tame to be honest, it could be much worse. Location you are on the doorstep of namba, we walked every single day. Its a super location even with a buggy and a child. Couldnt recommend enough for all the main attractions in osaka. This is an honest review from someone who was very apprehensive at the mixed reviews before hand. Please be sure this apartment is a great size and a great location.5,0/523 Mar 2025

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station, 15 minutes walk to dotonbori, 5 minutes walk to tsutenkaku tower and surrounding streets. There are 7-11, lawsons, and many restaurants around you. The rooms are big and comfortable, clean and wellequipped. The bathroom and shower room are a good size, with comfortable beds, basic kitchen facilities and a washing machine in the room. If you have children, great that you have them.5,0/55 Nov 2024

Keluarga kami yang terdiri dari 6 orang menginap di sini. Suite yang kami pesan sangat sempurna! Kamarnya bersih, lokasinya sangat strategis bagi kami, tepat di sebelah Stasiun Ebisucho, tetapi masih relatif sepi dibandingkan dengan Dontonbori dan lainnya. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would gladly stay there again. Extra large clean room with great amenities. Located above one of the best subway stations to explore osaka, great price. Ive seen some negative reviews and cant understand what they are complaining about. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The location was amazing. The adult shops complained about are hidden from view and have no impact on the hotel or the surrounding streets. We were on the 5th floor. Yes, you can get to the subway, but it was barely noticeable in the rooms, as loud as a passing car on the street at most. My 2 year old slept through it and he has super human hearing. There are plenty of food options and a 9 minute trip from leaving my hotel room to dontonbori via the subway.5,0/527 Feb 2024

The rooms were fantastic, even better than the fivestar hotels we stayed in. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent, and the room was incredibly clean and cozy. Despite being in the red district, the hotels location felt secure. It was conveniently located near the station and within walking distance of everything osaka has to offer. The receptionist was impolite, and the lobby was a complete mess, just like the common areas. The carpet on the second floor was filthy, and there was a noticeable lack of management.
