【Room cleaning】
＜For guests staying 6 nights or less＞　
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not notify us, we will provide towels at the door of your room every day and the room will not be cleaned.
＜For guests staying 7 nights or more＞
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not wish to have your room cleaned, we will still clean your room once a week. We will provide towels at the door of your room every day except on cleaning days.
Amenities (included towel, toothbrush, and nightwear) for children are available for free.
Bookings for Twin room will be same as 2 adults even one of the guests is child.
Breakfast included plans do not include breakfast for bed-sharing children 13 years and older.
Children 6 to 12 years old will be charged an additional breakfast fee of JPY 900 per night.
Children over 13 years old will be charged an additional breakfast fee of JPY 1,800 per night.
Children under 18 years old stay for free if using existing bed. Please inform the property regarding number of children and age prior to arrival via the Special Request box.
Early check-in and late check-out are available with additional charge. Please contact the property for more details.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Please contact the property if guests will arrive later than estimated check-in time. Booking will be canceled if guests did not check-in before 12:00 AM without contact.
Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use some of the public facilities. Please contact the property for more details.
Starting 1 July 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in.
The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation Tax from 1 July 2026, onwards】
For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night

Additional conditions:
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.

Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
