My stay at ReLabo Medical Spa & Stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a relaxing wellness atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The spa and wellness facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Every area of the hotel was maintained to the highest standard. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort exceeded my expectations. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Aomori Station and nearby attractions. I highly recommend ReLabo to anyone visiting Aomori and looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Highly recommended.

The hotel was located right by the JR station, we were shocked how closed it was. We arrived early and the front desk staff allowed us into that room, which was greatly appreciated! The hotel was super clean with modern decor! I wish I paid attention to the fact that it was a spa as I didn’t not make advanced reservation for a facial! Their spa facility looked quite “zen”. Unfortunately they could not accommodate me but I guess I will just have to visit Aomori again!

評判通り朝食が素晴らしいたくさんのメニューが、丁寧に作られている目にも楽しい夕食も予約制のようだがいつか訪れたい部屋のアメニティも良いスタッフ対応は人によりエネルギーと笑顔の差があるような感じですがまた次回も泊まりたいホテルです。

就在青森JR站樓上，地理位置超級方便，6樓有免費大湯池跟lounge，想用裡頭免費蘋果汁、餅乾、蘋果、咖啡，看著旁邊的海景，真的很享受。飯店旁邊就是蘋果工廠跟睡魔館，走路也可以到廣田神社，附近餐廳很多，但建議要事先訂位

Excellent hôtel à Aomori, idéalement situé à proximité immédiate de la gare, du port et du Shinkansen permettant de rejoindre facilement Hokkaido. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour découvrir la région. L’hôtel est superbe, moderne et très confortable. Les chambres offrent une magnifique vue panoramique sur la ville, le port, la gare ainsi que le pont suspendu. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la décoration en bois clair et le sol sans moquette, un vrai plus pour l’hygiène et le confort. Autre point fort : les bains privés avec vue sur la ville, tout simplement exceptionnels. Un véritable moment de détente que je recommande vivement. La restauration est également d’un très haut niveau, avec des plats préparés à la demande par le chef. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner fait clairement partie des meilleurs que j’ai pu découvrir, même en comparaison avec de grands hôtels et palaces à travers le monde. En résumé : très bel établissement à l’ambiance zen avec d’excellentes prestations, petit-déjeuner remarquable et tarif cohérent avec la qualité proposée. À mon avis, il sera difficile de trouver mieux à Aomori. Un hôtel que l’on regrette de quitter quand il est temps de poursuivre son voyage …

The hotel was one of the main reason I stayed a night at Aomari. It is right on top of the JR station. The main street is just opposite to the hotel. Staff has been very friendly and super helpful. The hotel, having only been opened for 2 years, its amenities are new and the rooms are comfy. The bed and pillow are so comfortable, I had the best night of sleep during my Tohoku trip. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The hot spring was well designed; the only drawback is that it does not have an open air onsen
