I usually do do not give a 100% Starr rating to anything, but I have stayed at this hotel before and have always found it to be excellent clean rooms wonderful staff I have a kitchen and a laundry right in my room and I enjoy it if I could buy an annual pass or get a discount or whatever it is from this hotel, it would be a wonderful pleasure. I recommend this hotel to anyone that will ask me thank you to all the wonderful staff. 👍❤️

This was our first trip to Japan. The B: Conte Hotel Staff was excellent in all areas. My very limited Japanese was not an issue as the staff spoke very good English. The Hotel room was very clean and the had the best hotel shower I've ever used. The Hotel location was excellent as walking to the train station was a breeze and entertaining. The Asakusa area was pleasant to return too as this Hotel is in the heart of the town and not very far from the Temple, Skytree, Sumida River, etc. If you're going to Japan the B: Conte is where you want to stay as the price is right and service excellent. When I go back to Tokyo I'm staying at the B: Conte!!!!

We stayed in a suite, which consisted of a living area and a separate bedroom. This was particularly useful when you have a small child who has a different bed time to the rest of the family. The washer dryer was very handy to have. Bear in mind its drying capabilities will reduce if the drum is overloaded as with all washer dryers. It will dry clothes well if you wash one day’s worth of clothes for a family of 3. Otherwise, it will require an extra drying cycle. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding daily. Location is excellent. 3 minute walk to sensoji temple.

Hotel is at an excellent location. We found the washing machine and dryer very generous, with a fridge that is more than enough for travellers. The location is central to Asakusa Temple within very short walking distance, literally in the middle of shopping area. Cannot ask for more and definitely highly recommended!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at B:Conte it is very near to Senso-ji Temple. The view from the room we booked was absolutely amazing — I could see both Senso-ji and the Tokyo Skytree from the room, very beautiful at night. The location was very convenient for exploring Asakusa. The room was very spacious and well-equipped with a large fridge, stove, washing machine, and microwave. Everything was clean and nice. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for a great view.

Saw a rat while entering the lobby spooking I and the rat causing into a planter making a “donk” sound. Comical and a jump scare moment. The washroom sink was hilariously tiny, great for our 4 yr old child but my hands would touch the bottom of the sink while trying to rinse my hands. Overall a pleasant stay, would definitely rebook when I come back to this area. Very convenient for shopping, groceries, restaurants and local attractions. 4.5/5 stars

Truly excellent stay. The rooms themselves are very spacious and well kitted out with washing machine and cooking facilities. The staff are very attentive and friendly and really made the stay. The location of the hotel is an excellent hopping off point for exploring all of Tokyo, close to good public transport connections and also within a quieter and lovely are of Tokyo itself. Highly impressed with the hotel and stay and would return here if visiting Tokyo in future
