[Notice Regarding Smoking Ban in the Hotel]
To improve the environment within the hotel, we will be implementing a complete smoking ban on all guest room floors starting September 1, 2026.
Accordingly, the smoking booth located on the 9th floor will be removed.
Guests who wish to smoke are requested to use the smoking booth on the 1st floor.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
[Room Cleaning Notice]
Thank you for your continued patronage of Resol Hotels.
This notice is to inform you about our hotel's room cleaning procedures.
Room cleaning will be performed once every four days.
Additional cleaning is available for a fee (1,500 JPY per room).
Other than that, only towel changes, trash collection, and water replenishment will be performed (door handle cleaning).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

≪Accommodation Tax≫
According to Osaka Prefecture regulations, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately.
The tax is applied per person, per night, based on the (pre-tax) room rate. Please be aware of this in advance.
Even if you choose online card payment, the accommodation tax must be paid at check-in.
JPY 0 to JPY 4,999: No tax
JPY 5,000 to JPY 14,999: JPY 200
JPY 15,000 to JPY 19,999: JPY 400
JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500
The hotel does not accept requests to change room types. If you have a preferred room type, please make a reservation for the appropriate room type.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
