The room was very compact, and very new inside. Welcome staff were located on the second floor, and not on the ground floor, so it was a bit confusing on my arrival. After 15 minutes of looking around; the staff from the second floor came down to greet me; and I got checked led in. The language barrier was very real; as my Japanese was non existent. Google translate helped. I was travelling solo by bicycle around the island, and wanted to keep the bike in my room. This was permitted. The building elevator was tiny; and had to stand the bike vertically, to fit the elevator. But it did work just fine, and the bike stayed with me on the 7th floor. There were a lot of local food options near by. Ate supper at a 4 seasons stake house; and breakfast at a coffee shop; lots of them around.

Mulai 01 Februari 2027, perubahan peraturan pajak setempat akan mewajibkan tamu untuk membayar Pajak Akomodasi dengan tarif yang diperbarui, yang akan dipungut secara terpisah oleh akomodasi pada saat check-in. Pajak ditentukan berdasarkan tarif kamar dan dikenakan per orang, per malam, sebagai berikut:  

【Pajak Akomodasi mulai 01 Februari 2027 dan seterusnya】 
Untuk semua tarif kamar: 2% per orang per malam (jumlah pajak dibatasi maksimal JPY 2.000) 

Ketentuan tambahan:  
Tarif kamar dibatasi maksimal JPY 100.000. 
Jika pajak akomodasi dipungut oleh pemerintah kota selain oleh prefektur, pajak akan diterapkan dengan tarif pajak berikut: 

Pajak prefektur: tarif tetap 0,8% (dengan jumlah pajak maksimal JPY 800) 
Pajak pemerintah kota: tarif tetap 1,2% (dengan jumlah pajak maksimal JPY 1.200) 
Untuk tujuan pajak akomodasi, istilah “tarif kamar” mengacu pada tarif kamar saja, tidak termasuk biaya makan dan pajak konsumsi. 
Mohon lakukan pembayaran di hotel pada saat check-in, meskipun Anda telah membayar dengan kartu kredit sebelumnya.  
Ketentuan yang berlaku untuk pajak, dan sebagainya, ditetapkan oleh masing-masing pemerintah daerah. Untuk detailnya, silakan periksa situs resmi masing-masing pemerintah daerah atau hubungi hotel secara langsung.  
Pajak, dan sebagainya, dapat berubah atau diberlakukan baru tanpa pemberitahuan.
