Very good hotel in the heart of everything. Just two minutes walk to highly recommended restaurants. Though the location is where you can find bars and karaoke, it is considered safe.

I always stay at Richmond when I visit Japan. I'm satisfied with the location, it's convenient to everything. My room was spacious and clean. When I need a coffee bag, I got it delivered to my room very quickly. It's really worth the money staying at Richmond Hotel.

I was unable to put my finger on it. Ive been traveling to this hotel for over six years. It is my goto place when visiting Nagasaki and commissioned me to pick the premiere in Okada. However, these last few visits left me fucked up. Dont get me wrong richmond is by far the greatest on this side of Nagasaki. Much more mature than he, cando and far cry better than the other usual suspects. The restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfast is the best ever, until recently. The accommodations seem to be worn out. My chamber had a lot of dust. The beds once provided the best night sleep, but they are becoming outdated with age. Although the area is fairly clean. In general, the personnel is pleasant and helpful. Except for one guy, who I cant seem to recall his name, that didnt seem as helpful as in the past. It appears that Richmond Nagasaki has a policy that if you stay for longer than a week, which I was due to the corona crisis, they will not charge you for two weeks even though you have reserved the room and are a longtime member. No, they will instead charge you for one week at a time. It seems like a wonderful idea, but when they dont notify you, disable your key, force you to pay or be escor

I would definitely stay there again. The location is very strategic, near to the mall and restaurants. The main store of Castellan cake is only a minute's walk away. There are 2 convenient shops that are only a minute's walk away. The room was a decent size and clean. has 4 coin-operated washing and dryer machines.

This hotel is very good. The location is also very convenient for taking a cable car which can take you pretty much anywhere you need to go. The service is very good and clean. One suggestion is to buy a day pass for a street car at the hotel desk.
