Best place we stayed so far in Japan. Staff were above and beyond, waiting in the lobby and attending to anyone that needed help. I’d recommend this place 1000 times if I could. Laundry machines were plentiful, compared to other hotels.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the daily breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the afternoon ice cream :). Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kyoto.

I can’t say enough about the Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae. This was my very first time visiting Japan and this hotel was next level. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. My double-twin room was small but very nice and I had a street view which was great when I was drinking my in-room–made coffee and enjoying waking up. The bathing room had both a furo (or onsen?) tub to soak, using one of their bath salts, and a shower—all in the same room. The staff also helped me find a taxi that accepted the Suica card to make things easier. It was also near several delicious eateries, including the very crowded Kaimashem Kitada, which had lines from dawn to past my bedtime! I finally got to experience it and was glad it was next door to this amazing hotel. I highly recommend this location because of the excellent accommodations and service, plus it’s very centralized location 2-3 blocks from Kyoto Station.

Perfect place to stay in Kyoto. Can’t think of anything which could have made our stay even better. Right next to the Kyoto station and you will be surprised how helpful that can be for a first timer in Kyoto. Family with kids friendly and their breakfast buffet is a blast.

Hello to every and anyone second guessing, whether or not they should book with Richmond. You should book 100%, without a doubt! This hotel is conveniently located close enough to the main subway station, for an easy commute. The hotel is incredibly well maintained, with additional towels/toiletries if you require them. Richmond has a great way of making you feel welcomed with their incredible staff, and how prompt they are to support your needs. Not to mention the incredible café on the main floor, with fresh matcha and coffee. The laundry service was amazing as well, as we used it a few times during our stay with no issues! An honorable mention to the water filling stations - these helped us tremendously day to day! And again finally, the Staff made the whole experience fantastic and memorable. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and hope to be back really soon! Thank you so much for your hospitality :)

The breakfast did not have a lot of western options (if your looking for bacon and eggs you’ll need to look somewhere else), but the hotel was lovely, the rooms clean and the location was excellent.

Great location, walking distance from Kyoto Station, property was very well maintained and the cleanliness was top notch. We didn’t eat breakfast as it was more meat lovers. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a very short walk from the main Kyoto station. The beds were also super comfy and for Japan it was a pretty good sized room. The staff was also so friendly and always very helpful. When we come back to Japan someday we will definitely be staying here again. And the shower pressure was sooo good! Like a straight massage.

One of the best. I have never seen the highest level of customer service like this. At reception, staff greeted us from the door, walking towards us, not waiting at reception desk, but walking towards us to greet us.

Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 6.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 6.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 400
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 1.000
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 50.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 100.000: JPY 4.000
